Absolute Trash! I paid them $200 to detail and clean my car. They literally retuned the car to me in the same condition that I gave it to them before they "cleaned" it. I recently bought the car, and there was animal hair, and dirt in the car. When I got it back, the same dirt and animal hair was there when they returned it to me. There was also trash in the glove compartment from the previous owner. Guess what, when I opened it, the same trash was there. They literally took my money and didn't clean it. I returned the car them the next morning for them to address the lack of cleaning, and the Supervisor stated that it was cleaned, even though we were both looking at the dirt. He had me show him what the issues were. I got the car back again, and guess what. Same dirt was there! Do not waste your hard earned money going here. I am out of $200, and I still have to clean the car myself. This place is a complete scam!

The Bill's Best unlimited wash is worth every penny! Even on the busiest days I'm in and out in less than 30 minutes. They're there frigid cold, and in hot heat. Mr. C's also seems like a good employer because everyone works hard and is well motivated, so be sure to show your appreciation. I usually add a $5 tip thru the App. Mack Ave is my neighborhood wash, but the Harper location is equally as good. My friends and family are always commenting on how nice my car looks. Bill's Best monthly unlimited is definitely the best!

Probably the worst car wash full service I have ever seen! Paid $32 ( plus tip) for the top service and my interior is filthy! In fact, it doesn’t look like it was cleaned at all!

I won’t be returning to this location. I was charged an unexpected $30 just to shampoo two seats, and the price wasn’t communicated until after the service was done. The lack of transparency was unprofessional, and the total—over $70 for a basic wash, not even a full detail—is simply outrageous.

Recently had my car detailed following a family vacation. We have three kids. Imagine sand, food, sticky smears … the car was a mess. Mr. C’s interior detailing was perfection. Highly recommend.

The #1 reason I gave it 5 stars is the undeniable truth that Mr. C's is thee BEST car wash on the Eastside of Detroit and Grosse Pointe! The only downside is it is also the most expensive car wash in the same area. The cheapest option is the exterior only wash @ $9, all the way up to $30 for THE WORKS wash which is interior & exterior. You get out of your vehicle and follow along a glass walled hallway where you can watch everything being done to your vehicle. The waiting area is really nice with a flat screen TV and entertainment system.

I enjoy getting a free car wash daily. However, I think the main problem is the attitudes from the black male workers. (Yes, I hate being this person) I understand this job is kinda “low” on the job you actually want but it’s what you make of it. Those middle age to young men are just be plain rude some days. The old ones not so much! I think the employees need a weekly prep talk in work attitudes and responsibilities! Other than that, if you want an excellent service throughout just go the top of the morning and let the old men handle your car. The daily service is quite reasonable for the price.

My first experience was not good paid money for a in and out car was still had dirt all around the truck and still had trash in the car after I told throw everything out that’s in the doors but Sam was a understanding person and felt my pain but it was just the fact that I came to a car was to get a clean car in and out but left with a disappointing feeling like all car washes are out to just take your money if your friends with the owner or someone that works there

I usually go to the location on Harper, but I was near this location so I thought I would give it a try. It is so much slower than the Harper location. My guess is because they don't have an express lane for those who just want a car wash and no detail. My car wash was good and I do like the sign they have to abide by first come first serve rules and everyone seemed to follow it.

The photos below are taken after I came back to Mr C's car wash in Grosse Pointe Woods so they could touch up the tires and rims and trunk liner that was missed the first time through. I paid for "Bills Best" interior and exterior, cleaning of 4 interior all weather floor mats, cleaning of rubberized trunk liner, and special attention to the rims as they had some dry mud. After speaking with the manager and showing him my concerns from the first time through. He radioed to another team member the information on my car and what needed to be taken care of. The photos attached are after speaking with the manager and having the car washed again and special attention paid to the items listed above. Definitely lost me as a customer, I hope this helps people make the right decision when paying $50+ with tip. -So I decided to give Mr. C's car wash on Mack avenue in grosse pointe woods One more shot. Right on cue things went worse than my previous review. I feel idiotic with how bad my last experience was to even give them another shot but I try to support local and did it anyway. This time around I paid for another "Bill's Best" with special attention to the wheels, tires and winter floor mats, as you'll see in the new photos I'm posting today, they did an even worse job than the last time. Not to mention the interior looked like it hadn't been wiped or dusted. The extra money I paid for the floor mats, well they weren't clean and still soaking wet when I got my car back. Bill if this is truly your "best" you've set the bar so low it isn't even visible. My best advice would be either do not have your car washed or detailed here, as you will overpay and be completely unhappy with the results as evidenced by the new pictures I'll post to this.

This Mr. C's used to be good and thorough now they just breeze through it and they could hare less... what was my purpose of coming here if i still have to do it myself... the attitudes on these KIDS (predominantly kids working here) are nasty too... if i could give 0 stars i would.

Just eh….The exterior is amazing, the interior isn’t great. Always miss the cup holders. Need more attention to the inside of the vehicles…too big of a rush. For the price, the interior should be amazing…and it is not.

This is a excellent place to do business, currently I provide a professional personal driver service and my luxury cadillac sedan must look it's best daily. I only trust vehicles to Mr C's Car Wash facilities and I have been 100% satisfied with the employees professionalism and service. To me the monthly fee agreement is the best investment I have made in keeping my automobiles in complete tip top cleanliness. This has been our household car wash membership for a very, very long time and the ONLY car wash we take any of our vehicles too. Always enjoyed the service here. However today, I arrived about 5:45, close to closing, and the gentleman (I will wait to hear from management and will not publicly disclose this gentleman) who was doing the back pre washing was in a rush and being extremely careless. He was pretty much beating my vehicle with the brush, very abrasively throwing the brush against the vehicle to the point I hear and feel the impacts. I was to the point I was about to get out and ask what the problem was before they quickly motioned me forward as there was a line and I was on a work conference call. I get home and grab my things from the trunk and noticed all of this damage to my vehicle!!!!! Like I said I will wait to hear from the manager to see how this will be rectified, but I am extremely angry about this. And there is absolutely no reason this should have happened. I am LIVID!!!

I usually wash my own car but I just had surgery and the exterior was quite dirty. I ordered the $27 full service+mats. The exterior, wheels, and windows are good enough but the door jambs, dash, console, vacuum - every thing was partially cleaned or not cleaned at all. Plus, there were a few things in the car that, if wiped up, would have made this service absolute fire. But, nothing was wiped and the vacuum needs repair because it’s not sucking up like it needs to be. Sorry, but they get 2 stars for this job.

Absolutely trash!!! Exterior is decent but the interior is an absolute waste of time and money. This is a $35 car wash ? Definitely not going back. Would you pay $35 for this ?
