Thieves. They dont tell you the cost of repair until the work is complete. Then turn around and charge $1000 for a 15 minute job!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Stay away this Roadservice assistance!. It is the most expensive roadservice I have ever paid. $1300 to change a valve and a chamber. Also he made me buy a new chamber just to break it up into pieces to use some of them. It is unbelievable!

I really really appreciate the mechanic work y’all done on my 2011 frightliner truck, truck started slowing down and wouldn’t start back up right before thanksgiving due to some electrical problems, The mechanic fixed it up and no time and got us back on the road in time for thanksgiving. It was misleading he was working per hour and taking his time did not find the problem or fix the issue however had us pay him $450 for work that he did not complete the worst company I have ever receive service from would not recommend this business to anyone. He is a fraud and guarantees work however takes his time and does not complete the task at hand just wants his hourly rate does not know what he’s doing. He will be reported to the Better Business Bureau as well as law-enforcement for fraud. Stay away from this business!

Mr. daniel and mrs. Patricia were very helpful especially on a holiday weekend. We were in Laredo, Tx heading to houston and our diesel truck stop working. It didn’t turn on and we couldn’t find what was wrong with it. We had a mechanic that had already helped and had us wait one day after to work on it more and he didn’t answer us back and no show. My husban found patricia from google search and once they were able to make it, they were there right away. Mr. Daniel did whatever he could to find the problem, rain or no rain he was there and worked on our truck. If anything in the future if we need a mechanic again we would off in an instant call them for their service. They were both very helpful and patience with both us and our truck and worked very very good. Thank you again to both!

Be VERY careful with companies that hide their pricing! This is one of them. Our AC wasn't working so we decided to call. The guy came to our hotel to see what the problem was. He showed up at 5:20 PM. We were hungry, so we went back into the hotel to eat. He had our mobile number. After going downstairs, he was already draining our compressor. Then he said he had to fill it back up in order to find out if the compressor was bad. It wasn't. No leaks either. He ended up bypassing a relay to get the AC working. He had to run a single wire. Other than the wire, there were no other parts needed. The mechanic even told us that we should get it properly fixed when we get home. We will. With an honest mechanic from our hometown. At 6:50 PM he was done. 90 total minutes. The bill was $875. He told us not to worry about the $75. He told us we had to pay in cash. They refused to give us a written break down of the charges after he was done. Only verbal. The fee included a $250 dispatch fee that he couldn't (Or wouldn't) explain. We called his dispatcher, and she basically quoted the same exact wording. We paid. We paid cash. This was an extremely expensive lesson. They can try to say they gave us an estimate before they started. It's just not true. They saw us coming from a mile away. We should have never have them come to our hotel.

BEWARE FUTURE CUSTOMERS......if there was the option to give it 0 stars I would gladly do it, the people who work here are scammers, they charged my husband to move the truck not even 100 meters 400 dollars, and the mechanic they sent only He put the computer on to see what was happening with the truck and reported that he had fixed the truck when it was my husband who did it. They asked my husband for a 1000 dollar deposit and to move the truck and install the computer, they charged him $900. It's a horrible place because you don't play with other people's $

I would NOT recommend this mobile mechanic service. The mechanic showed up unprepared, didn’t even have the proper tools, and ended up using mine. He didn’t bring a jack to remove my oil pan, and then charged me $100 just to get a new part. To make things worse, the company gave me two different quotes – one hourly, one flat – and the mechanic dragged out the job to run up the bill. The service was unprofessional from start to finish. Patricia A. Pruneda even tried to pressure and bully me into paying a higher amount than what was originally discussed. That was the last straw. I’ll be taking my truck to a certified mechanic to double-check his work, because I don’t trust what was done. Honestly, I wouldn’t suggest calling this place even if they were the only option around. Save yourself the headache – it’s NOT worth it. I would've gave it 5 negative stars but that would've been being nice....
