They wanted to charge me $400 in repairs for 4 motor mounts when I told them I only needed one. And they charged me $45 to inspect it when I specifically told them what needed to be replaced.

I recommend Mr. Mechanic over and over again. Phil and Carlos are extremely knowledgeable and had no problem explaining in details what was going on with my Ram truck and fixed it the first time. I was so impressed with them that I've been continuing to be a customer of them for the last 5 years. Now they are currently working on my 1973 Mustang Mach 1 and its runs and sound amazing without braking the bank. I cant say enough great things about this team. These guys are scammers and don’t know what they’re doing, I went cause my car overheated out of no where. They took a look at it and told me that the thermostat and radiator needed to be replaced. To begin with they wanted to charge me $300 for a radiator that supposedly was impossible to get the same day, I went over to a place I know and bought it for $111 the same day. Once I took it to them they replaced the parts and told me the car was ready. When I went to go pick it up I told the mechanic if the car now wouldn’t give me the same problem and he just told me to check the water if it started to heat up again, now if you go to a mechanic because your car is giving you problems the logical expectation is that they get to the bottom of the problem and they fix it cause then why are you charging me $600. The following day when I drove the car to run an errand and got back the car started heating up again. They charged me $600 for a problem that never got fixed and aside from that never got to the point of the problem which should’ve been their job in the first place instead they were just second guessing it and I’m stuck with the same problem. Very unprofessional for anyone that says that they are trust worthy mechanics they’re not because they wouldn’t have basically robbed me of $600 and have my car the same.

Wow! Talk about great service.. I’ve had some pretty bad experiences with mechanic shops in my time… This guy Phillip is awesome! I had my car towed there without even coordinating it with him first.. I braced myself for a nightmarish experience, instead I left as a new loyal customer… He had my car up and running in less than 24 hours… And to think he has been in the heart of my hometown for 30 years!! I moved to FL from NY in July 2021. I was nervous about having to find a reliable, trustworthy mechanic to do the work. I’ve only gone to one mechanic since I started driving back in NY. I found Mr. Mechanic online and decided to give them a call from the great reviews I saw, and they were only a few minutes down the road! Phil was so welcoming and friendly, and made me feel comfortable about my decision immediately. He was realistic and fair with pricing and handled all of the things I needed to get done. It only took a day and a half to have the car completely finished. I also had an airbag light that was on that he explained he couldn’t see what the error was, but told me it would probably fix itself or I could go to the dealership and it would more than likely be under warranty being that I have a 2019. Sure enough today the light turned right off!!! I am so thankful for their services, the kindness and good conversation. I will continue to go to Mr. Mechanic for all of my car related needs, and have even recommended a few neighbors their way too! 10/10 highly recommend this business.

Truly deserving of five stars. These guys are honest, very thorough, and even though I've only met them once, they're very personable and have great memory. Small shop, they work fast, and price fairly. I will continue to take my car here. Update 7/20/23: Had to replace wheel bearings on the front right but truth is both sides were really bad. They understood my budget and offered me the best price available! Customer service is still top notch here. Update 10/23/24: They still got it. Five stars.
