Gave him a call and he gave me some advise on my issue. Unfortunately I was a little far for my budget for him to come out, but he was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

I called to see about getting service, and instead got some great tips on how to troubleshoot on my own. I appreciate all of the advice he gave me, and expect to resolve my issues because of it. Thanks for the service. I will recommend to anyone I know in the Salt Lake area.

Don't call him if u have a black tank problem. His words exactly...." I don't do black tanks. You probably live in your RV and I just don't do black tanks. It's a dirty job and I don't want to do it. I'm too old. How rude and unprofessional can one be........#disgusted!

Traveling from Iowa and had a minor accident (shaved the AC off the roof of the RV) these guys were amazing! It was 103 degrees in the shade. They were here in minutes and had to go for a new unit, back in half an hour and had it up and running a hour later! I can't Thank them enough! We would recommend them to anyone!!

I don't leave these things but had to here. Called this Mike to ask bout a bumper repair very nicely and he said not mobile repair very fast. Asked him who he suggested he blerted a name too fast to understand and said good day and hung up. Not very nice. his voice seemed impatient and I'll tell you this if I did have something come up that he can do I sure as hell won't call him. I'm a nice guy and he's plain ass rude!

My grandfather used this service the last time they were in town. They got back this week and he had a water leak. They did a toilet installation in an RV. It was a PEX system, instead of adding length to the PEX line he tried to make other plumbing fixtures work. They did not. No teflon tape used. Threads did not match. Metal on plastic so they damaged the plastic fittings. If this is the quality of work done here I recommend anyone to seriously consider finding a different repairman and save themselves time and money for someone to do it right the first time.

I have called this guy twice. Once to inquire whether he did generator work. He does not. Rude as he'll about it! Then to ask about a small propane leak repair. Told him I was currently parked at Wal-Mart. He yelled at me and said he does not do repair work unless somebody has a home. Screamed that he was not my man. I am a disabled veteran and my wife and I live full time in our motor home. If he's not mobile what good is he. Very, very rude and nasty. DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!!! STAY AWAY!!!

I called Steve of Mr Mobile RV Repairs when I lost all power while staying near Salt Lake City. Even though he was 'on the road' many miles away he was patient and encouraging as we discussed possible solutions. He even contacted the inverter manufacturer to get technical assistance. Without his assistance I would not have been able to diagnose and resolve my issue. I was pleasantly surprised when he called me later in the day to ensure my problem was resolved. Many thanks to Steve and Mr Mobile

Dan knows what he is doing. He installed a 400 amp hour backup/inverter system. Inspected and showed me how all components operated on my new/used rv, including ac, heat, fridge, gas, generator, electrical and general structure. Looking for cheap and questionable better move on. Looking for fixed by a professional that knows what he is talking about, Dan is who you want working on your coach/rig.

Our fan in our heater went out. He came out that day and replaced it for less than $300. Was very nice and pleasant. That was about 3 months ago. Fan still working fine. We thought the price was very reasonable too. Will use him again.

I called Dan from Mr Mobile RV to fix my Norcold refrigerator, because I needed a business to do it for my warranty. He told me he would talk to my warranty company and he never did, he came out and talked to tech support, charged me $140 after doing absolutely nothing, told me he would keep looking for the part, then told me the parts were not available and he did not know how to fix it. I fixed the fridge myself in 30 minutes with parts from Walmart.com, then called him for a refund and he told me he got the part number for me ( it was printed on the part) so he would not issue a refund. Then he yelled and swore at me and hung up. This man is very scattered and unprofessional, he claimed to have 20 years experience working on boat fridges but had less knowledge about them then your average RV owner.

I was traveling through Salt Lake City. Mike came to my RV and fixed my sewage issue within 30 minutes. Most importantly, he was honest and taught mehow to fix my issue in the future for myself. Great service, very knowledgeable and helpful. 5 stars for sure. I'm a happy traveler again. Thanks Mike.

I don't know what these other two reviews are talking about. I called anyway and am glad I did. Mike is awesome. Drove out to me and is charging half the price to fix my broken pipes that Sunset Rv was going to charge about $2,000. Mike is charging me $900 for a new water heater and labor

The cost of the services was just out of control- He was at my camper for 1.5 to 1.75 hrs and charged $400 for labor to change the fan motor in the furnace. The work was fine but most people can not afford $400 just for 1.5 hrs work plus the $100 part. $500 to replace the fan motor is just way too much to charge, he was not upfront with the cost of driving to my location. I could have bought a new furnace for that price. He should not take job it he has to charge $200 just to drive to the location without telling the customer

I had water leaking from my water heater bypass valve. I was charged $200 to replace the $15 valve. Alone, this would have been fine since I'm an RV newbie and didn't want to mess anything up. Plus I understand that there are travel and labor charges involved. However in replacing the valve, the technician managed to loosen another pipe connected to it, immediately creating another leak. He then wanted to charge me another $125 fee to come back and tighten the pipe that was never loose to begin with, until after he came out to replace the bypass valve.

Mike really the saved the day for me. Despite being a bit busy, and less able to respond quickly over the winter; still took my furnace in and had it done a few days before estimated. It now runs smoothly & as loud as a gentle breeze!
