Wonderful service and even better prices. They found the trouble with my car and fixed it no problem. The staff are very nice and do everything they can to explain the problem and help you save on the solution.

Actually at the small engine repair shop next door.both associated with Montgomery County CO-OP. CO-OP small engine shop one of the best available in Clarksville. Very reliable, fair prices, busy all the time, but always gives you a heads up on when to expect repairs to begin. Most likely 2.5 to 3 weeks out. Now handling Cub Cadet mowers, thank goodness. Great to have seller servicing product, as apposed to only sales and then contracting out to another repair shop. My experience is you get much better service when dealing with the seller. Auto dealers in Clarksville should follow this shops lead in satisfying customers.

If this is the place beside Montgomery County Farmers Co-op, then these people are WONDERFUL! They're not JUST looking to make a buck, they honestly want to help you. I went there for the same reason that I went to Sears and Firestone for. I thought I needed new brakes on the back of my car. The gentleman, behind the counter had me sign the appropriate paperwork and asked me if I wanted any coffee or water? He offered me a seat in the small, but comfortable waiting area. In a short while I noticed another employee, with a tape measure, by my car. He measured something on all 4 of the wheel areas and came inside and spoke with the gentleman behind the counter. That man came over to me and asked me why I thought I needed brakes in the back? I told him of the noise it had been making on my side of the car and he explained that all 4 brake pads were a quarter inch deep. Practically brand new. Very little wear at all. He took the time to explain to me why one, or more pads would be making this noise. He also said that it may get a little worse before it stops completely. He gave me the paperwork and my keys, shook my hand and thanked me for coming to them. I told him that I would be telling EVERYONE I know to come to them with their automobile issues. And I have been! They could have changed my brake pads out and charged me the pittance of $108 plus tax, but they run an honest place. BTW, Sears and Firestone wanted a great deal more $$$ than $108!

I have been taking both of my vehicles to Mr. Tire over the past year and a half. What has impressed me the most is that their prices are always reasonable and they always make me feel welcome when I bring my car in. They are always super friendly and honest about what my repairs are going to cost. I would recommend them to anyone needing repairs done at a fair price.

One of the most disgusting places I've ever seen in my life. The fact that they let the mechanics smoke in the shop it's unbelievable. Shop is constantly filthy dirty inside too. Dirt like never before. It needs a deep clean so bad it's just nasty as hell.

My wife and I took 2 vehicles to our local CO-Op/ Mr. Tire. The alignment, mounting and balancing of the tires for both vehicles was well done. However, they quoted us approximately $800 more than our regular shop for new CV axles and rack & pinion assembly. I also had one of the vehicles stop running twice at low RPM the very next day, when there were no previous issues. I found a vacuum hose under the “beauty” cover that was not connected at one end. It was not barely hanging on– it was literally tucked under the passenger side spark plug wires. Did I mention that the other vehicle never leaked a drop of fluid until the day we drove it home after the having the new tires mounted? I would be ok with their tire service, but the other issues we had lead me to believe that at least one of their mechanics is not to be trusted.

We've been repeat customers of this business but recently replaced all 4 tires on our van before heading off on a month long road trip. Day 1 on our trip, one of the tires had a sidewall rupture. We called Mr Tire who said they would refund us the tire amount, we obviously couldn't keep the ruptured tire in our van for the entire month but they assured us if we took plenty of photos of the damage it would be fine. Upon returning home complete refusal to refund us despite what they had promised over the phone. Don't give this company your business, find someone more trustworthy who won't rip you off.

We blew a trailer tire on the interstate. We limped to their shop, and they got us in and out quick at a fair price. Very quick and easy to do business with.

My experience was overall, 2 stars. I brought my vehicle in to have 2 tires replaced, and rotated. During the service I was informed that my brakes were all very low, and we're going to start grinding soon. I declined replacing them. After the service was completed, I later inspected the brakes, and found them all in good shape. In addition, I found a broken lug stud, and a cross threaded nut, which I was not informed of. I returned to get it inspected, and Robert was very helpful in getting everything resolved. Good price on tires, but I'd prefer more honesty from the techs and advisors involved with my vehicle.

Debated about reviewing this place, but it has to be done. Came in because their sign said $40 oil change. Went in to inquire about it. Was told "oh, they are $50 now". I said but your sign out front still says $40. They proceeded to tell me they raised the prices! So I asked how much it would be to change my oil. Was told it's $50, then if I needed an extra quart it would be $60 and if I needed 2 quarts it would be $68! They were busy that day so I decided to wait a couple of days and come early in the morning with no wait. Came in and was told only one person was in front of me and my oil would be changed in about 30 minutes! So almost an hour and a half later, was told my truck was done. Got to the counter to pay and was told $97! I asked what extra was done. They said my oil change was $70 with 2 quarts extra was $97. The guy from the back that changed my oil came out and said you need new tires too. I said I definitely do not because I just changed all 4 tires last summer. He stammered "well not like right now, but they are at about their half life." How many people have they done this to to upsell them tires??? Any way, i paid, got my keys and proceeded to my truck. Looked at my keyring and it had grease all over my patch on my keyring. Got in the truck to drive home and had grease and dirt all over my steering wheel!! Got home and took a rag to wash my steering wheel and it turned black from all the dirt and grease! Can't say i don't recommend as this was only my first time dealing with them, but I CAN say I probably WILL NOT be back!

I did not want to post this but after the way the manager of Mr. Tire for over 20 years acted like it was nothing, I decided I would. Just to put this out there as well, a lot of the mechanics there are very good. I have been a customer around 20 years. I have noticed though the last year has went way down hill. I get my oil changed there, alignments, set of tires, etc. Thursday the 8th of January 2026 took my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation and balance. It has been less than 2 years of having my brakes and rotors done by a trusted mechanic that doesn't gouge you. Convenience is why I use Mr. Tire. I was called by the mechanic and told that my front brakes got so hot that they cracked and it also got so hot that it warped my rotors. I am not a brake rider and have only needed brakes once on my 2016 vehicle. So I was stunned when he said this and said it would be $475 to do that. I said no thank you, I will take it back to the mechanic who did it so there may be some type of warranty for defective products. He called me a little later and asked about my brakes again and told me my front tires needed an alignment. I told them to do the alignment but that is all. Was called back to be told it was .16 off but now is at 0 so I went and got my car. Tuesday the 13th, the mechanic who did the brakes took off all 4 and nothing, absolutely nothing was wrong. So I called to inform the manager of Mr. Tire, and he told me people make mistakes and the mechanic must have mixed up my vehicle with another. I said 1 mistake yes since it has happened before here in 2025 but another mechanic called me back and said that my rotors and brakes were fine. Today however, the mechanic asked twice about the 475 job. The manager said we do not do any shady dealings like that and it was just an error. Not an I'm sorry and I'm going to look into this and see what happened and what we can change to make sure that this doesn't happen again. Instead I had to tell him he needed to speak to the mechanic who worked on my car. He said all I can say is sorry people make mistakes. Needless to say my trust and belief in them as a whole is gone and I'll never go back. I just want people to know that they should get a second opinion on anything that is going to cost them for more than their intended service.
