Excellent service. I had popped a tire and they got me in the same day and had it fixed in under two hours. Would highly recommend!! They even got a cheaper tire from another store rather than making me pay an extra 150 for the one they had in stock. Very impressed. Will be back.

it's a Saturday night and I just found out it was 3 months since my son got an oil change on his car....He's from out of town and he was leaving early the next day....called Mr. Tire service center at 4:48 and made an appointment for 5:30 But got a call several minutes later from them saying I had to reschedule because they close at 6....I asked if they were able to do it today and he was hesitant but said if I got there in ten minutes that they would....I got there about 5:10 and they got us in....I felt bad because I could feel he wasn't too happy to be doing this job this late But I really appreciated they did anyway....Thank you so much....I never seen an oil change that got done in less than 10 minutes before.

Over charged on the services manager told me my parts and I agreed to pay after that I ask him why the parts so expensive auto zone had the part for 98 dollars he advised me that they pay 154 for the part and charge me 400 for the part which does not include labor the shop prices are crazy and the up charge on parts should be illegal

Lairs about what tires they have in stock, needed one tire, 175 dollars they charged me said that was the only tire in stock, even though there website listed others, when my wife called back and asked about the other tires the manager lied and said that’s the tire I picked, no I didn’t you lied and said that was the only one you had in stock and on site and refused to show me your monitor. I’m going to report you to the BBB and call your corporate overlords everyday til this is fixed.

I went in to have my lifetime warranty of my tires utilized. They did repair 2 tires. One needs replaced, AND they have it in stock, however, when they closed the Waterloo location, all of the files didn’t come over as expected and they couldn’t find all of my records! They know all 4 of my tires are from them, and all are in good shape! I cannot locate my records either, but that’s should be in them to have in their computer systems! So far, they have not called me to replace the bad tire, AND it needs replaced soon!

They stripped out 2 lug nuts, then tried to blamed me? Charged $30+ for labor on a road hazard tire warranty. Tried to tell me I needed a hub for almost $1000 after they stripped out the lug studs. When I told them I wasn’t going to have that done they were magically able to put the spare back on. But refused to put the wheel on I just purchased a new tire for. The manager got up into my face when I asked to see what he was talking about with the thread and lug nuts. He made no sense and even when he was trying to “show me” didn’t make sense. Going from the hole has no threads left in it(I shined my light and could see threads), to the lug studs a stripped. Bottom line they cross threaded 3 of the holes. I went down the road and had another shop run a thread saver into the holes to fix their mistake they refused to take responsibility for. Stay away from this place. Especially this aggressively violent boss Bill. Getting in a customers face, slamming the door. Extremely unprofessional.

Robbed me .over priced..should not have cost me 811$ for a light bulb and plate...labor charges should have been reasonable and affordable...I saw you charged others more too. It's either 300$ and up at your place...check yourself before you reck yourself.They talkin about you and it's all bad service prices too much..Shame So the light they said never stayed on so I called Mt.Tire back and they said bring it in at 9 .but I came at 9.30. they said leave it cause I was late. I said I can't leave it...so they say bring it back at 1 pm so I return at 1. They check it and say the lights still not staying on. In the meantime I had went and got a brand new battery and that's all I needed in the first place.. But he told me I needed the whole lamp and in their log it's 1000$ this time.. 😂 So the guy pulled up Amazon and say. They don't normally do this but. Order the part for 249$ and they will wave the labor cause the plate had a warranty. And they will put it in. So I said..ok...but when they pulled it out and parked it outside...they said the lights went out again... But it was a lie.. the lights never went back out...so they are still on Soi had to take action BBB was alerted and called the complaint number .. request a refund and normal amount it should of cost for a bulb replacement in the first place... protect your wallet and the wicked is actually inside jobs ..robbing us in our face with a vape and a smile..not right.dot let your conscience beat you up.
