★☆☆☆☆ The WORST experience ever!!! Mr.Wrench (Rob) stood me up on his appointment time not ONCE but TWICE! He gave me a price quote on Friday to install a starter on my car on Sundoay. I thought ok, the car will be fixed and I can take my son to school on Monday morning. He texted and said he can't come due to weather conditions, which ended up not really being bad weather on my side of town. I called him to reschedule the appointment and he sent me to voicemail and texted he can't talk. Never gave the courtesy of replying he'd call back. I texted him to see when he can reschedule and told him my availability. He said ok, I'm available on Tuesday and I will let you know what time. I waited for about 20 minutes for him to text me back. He finally texted me with a time. The next day (Monday) he texted me again stating due to medical reasons he is unable to attend the appointement Again! I understand things happen but he showed no initiative in rescheduling the appointment the 1st time. I nearly had to chase him down (called several times, texted back to back) to get him to reschedule and respond. Now my son is out of school today because I expected him to fix the car in the morning. 3 days has gone by that I could've used to find someone else. Thanks for the Inconvenience! ! ! ! !
