A couple months ago when I went to get a car wash I went straight to the vacuum area and vacuumed my car. I was the only car there it was around 4:30 and as I was about to head to the wash a worker comes up to me and tells me that they’ve decided to close early so I couldn’t go through the wash. It was very inconvenient for me as I was going to sell my vehicle the next day. I don’t see why I couldn’t just go through the wash it takes about 5-8 minutes max. Also, I had another experience just recently. When I decided to give them a second chance, I got there and vacuumed my vehicle and as I was heading to the wash I noticed it was closed with cones and the only option was to get a hand wash. I was on a time crunch so I didn’t have the time to get a hand car wash. Unfortunately I won’t be coming here anymore. They are inconsistent with their times of operation, and how they operate. I may consider giving them a third chance in the future because when I first came here I had no issues and it was a good wash. But lately it hasn’t been great. Sorry just giving my honest review here…★★☆☆☆ 2 years ago

I paid for the "Executive Wash" 27.99. Add $20 to clean my chrome rims?? And when they were done I asked them to put a little shine by my lift gate, and the answer was straight, "No, we can't do that, sorry". Not an option to pay extra or nothing, just "No".★☆☆☆☆ 7 years ago

The quality of this car wash has gradually decreased and I will not be returning. They have now gone from adding scents to your car wash to now you pick a scent tree off the wall. Cheap. Even though the prices increase. Limited scents and def no baby powder scent. No wonder it’s empty most days. Not what it used to be 🤷🏽♀️★★☆☆☆ 3 years ago

Good car wash. I use the monthly subscription drive through which brings my cost per wash down to about $6 per wash.★★★★☆ Edited a year ago

The $60 hand wash I purchased fell short in several areas: Pre-rinse was incomplete: Only the driver’s side was sprayed down before they started washing. The rest of the car was scrubbed without rinsing, grinding dirt into the paint. Wheels weren’t properly cleaned: The spokes on all four wheels were still dirty when I left. Employees mishandling equipment: An employee was dragging around an aluminum step ladder between cars in the drying bay and let it scrape against two vehicles, mine included. It left visible scratches. At $60, I expected a more careful and thorough job. The basic care wasn’t even there. I won’t be returning.★★☆☆☆ 8 months ago

Jet spray blew off my factory cargo lens. Went to speak to Joey the manager and fill out a claim report. Asked him to check his camera system as it would clearly verify the damage. Went back a week later and was told the owner denied my claim. Posted inside the car wash is a disclaimer the they weren't responsible for non factory items. My cargo light is factory installed and their high pressure jet spray blew the lens off. Apparently the owner doesn't want to take responsible for any damage incurred. Beware if your going to Deer Creek car wash. My opinion is it's not worth the risk.★☆☆☆☆ 2 years ago

You get what you pay for. I ran my Subaru through the wash, and come to fine out my paint was hazy and scratched all up. I spent the next day paint correcting the whole car. If I didn’t know how to reverse the paint damage, would have cost me 1000 dollars to get it back shining again. I don’t have pictures to show the damages, I was too busy fixing my cars paint. I would steer clear away from this place.★☆☆☆☆ a year ago

**Updated**I am VICTORIOUS!** **WARNING/PSA** Do not give your business to Deer Creek Car Wash. My family had been going there for years, even though quality has diminished since the new owners bought it. This week while my 2015 F350 Super Duty was receiving a wash and hand wax for $55, they damaged the whole left side of the truck pulling into a vehicle bay. The owner wasn't there that day, but an incident report was filled out with the manager who said call the next day to talk to the owner, Mr. Kim. I called and was told by the receptonist that he would review the report and call me back. He never called. I decided to walk in today, several days after the incident to discuss the claim, and was told by Mr. Kim that the manager from the day of the incident has been off work and he needs to talk to him before doing anything. I said "What about the incident report and the camera system that captured the event?" All he did was acknowledge they both exist. When I demanded a refund for the $55 to start things off on the right foot and show he cares about the quality of their services I was dismissed from his office without any refund. This establishment has lost a customer for life, and I hope you'll think twice yourself before patronizing them. This whole post wouldn't be necessary if this business just took care of things the right way from the start, but instead, they want to try push around the "little guy." ***Update 6/28/2019*** I’ve filed a claim with my insurance company, State Farm, who are amazing and say this will not affect my rates since it wasn’t my fault. For the insurance claim I wanted to have a police report so I parked in front of the wash today to meet the deputies there. The owner came out and said he talked with the manager that was on duty this morning and they are going to pay. I asked if he was ready to refund my car wash and he offered free washes! Are you kidding me? You think I’ll ever be back there? After returning with my truck properly lettered so people can see my message, and standing on the sidewalk in front of the business to warn all the cars of this awful place (many turned around) I was finally refunded my $55 for the car wash so I would go away. The damage will be covered by my insurance, who will then recover the costs from the business or the business' insurance, if they choose to file a claim.★☆☆☆☆ 6 years ago

Total waste of money. Payed to have my car washed and have the interior cleaned. The car wash was fine but it looks like the only thing they did in the interior was clean the floor mats. Nothing was wiped down, the seats weren’t cleaned/vacuumed and they didn’t even vacuum under the car mats. Worst car cleaning I’ve ever payed for, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.★☆☆☆☆ 3 years ago

Save your money and go to a gas station car wash. It’s an upgrade over this poorly ran operation. Paid for a $19 wash and ended with a “still” dirty car with streaks and no tire polish. Also would be nice if the guy checking in cars would look at the receipt and program the wash correctly. Tired to call and it went to a full voicemail box. I won’t be back.★☆☆☆☆ a year ago

Great service for car washes. Lines were not that long compared to other car washes on the weekend. You get to choose your own "Little Trees" scent from more than a dozen scents available when you pay (instead of them spraying a scent inside your car). Cleaning was thorough.★★★★★ 3 years ago

I’m annoyed I paid $19 for a car wash here and the vacuums didn’t even work. The whole reason I paid for a car wash was to use the vacuums. Front desk told me they would send someone to try and fix the vacuums but after waiting almost ten minutes with no one showing up I left. Don’t waste your money.★☆☆☆☆ 4 months ago

The worst car wash I’ve ever been it is not even clean and it is not worth the money$26 plus tip. They make money so easily, spent less than 10 mins. The car is not even clean at all, it’s so dirty still.★☆☆☆☆ 2 years ago

First time here, I brought two cars. Very very happy with the service. To start, the workers were extremely friendly all around. Very quick in and out and very happy with the cleanliness. Highly recommend and will be back. Wish they had like a frequent user punch card or something like that, but they do offer a club where you pay a fee and bring that one car as much as you’d like. Full service and self service available.,, also oil change with car wash included sounds like an awesome deal.★★★★★ 3 years ago

The staff was friendly, but my overall experience was disappointing. The wash I paid for did not leave my car looking the way it should have, especially for the service level I selected. I’ve visited other locations in the past and received noticeably better results. Unfortunately, the final product here fell short of expectations.★★★☆☆ 3 months ago

Deer Creek Express is a historic gem in Ontario off Route 66 foothill. This used to be a one-stop shop with a full-service gas station, and it's amazing to see how they've maintained that same level of care and service. Even to this day, they offer full-service car washes, and you can also find full mechanic services right on the same lot. It's rare to find a place that combines both convenience and quality like this, and I think it's something that makes Deer Creek Express truly special. I come in every week or every other week and each time, the customer service is consistently excellent. The staff is always friendly, professional, and I never leave disappointed... my car always looks amazing after every wash! For $50, I get a car wash with a spray wax, and I'm constantly getting compliments about my car from people when I'm out and about or even just getting gas. The wax makes the car shine like it's brand new every single time, and the level of attention to detail they put in never goes unnoticed. When I wash my car I'm picky and OCD about it so it easily takes me an hour to really get all the dirt out from under and over the carpets, wipe everything down, shine tires and all at the the quality at Deer Creek Express, they have multiple staff members working on cars and they get it done in around 15 minutes better than I could and without the sweat or backache that I'd have. It's honestly a luxury to have this place so close to home. It's really disheartening to see so many negative reviews, especially when I know firsthand how great the service is here. Some complaints talk about things like not getting a "deep clean" or even damage, but it seems to me they probably neglect their car and try to hustle this place for a detailing job. If you're expecting a full detailing, that's a different service for a different place--and it should be treated as such. For a regular, reliable clean, this place is perfect. I genuinely think Deer Creek Express is a gem, and small businesses like this deserve our support. If you want a car wash that consistently makes your car look brand new for a great price and in a fraction of the time it would take you to do it yourself, this is the place to go! Don't let a few bad reviews steer you away--try it out for yourself, and you'll see why I keep coming back!★★★★★ a year ago

Went here at my boyfriend’s suggestion – not because he’d had a great experience, but because it was nearby. I wasn’t expecting a full detail, just a decent wash for $36.95 (their “Executive Wash,” the top service they offer). Sadly, even the most basic cleaning was done poorly. Right away, I saw the wheel wells were still coated in black soot. I pointed it out, and the attendant made a halfhearted attempt to fix it but barely tried — the grime was still there. When I got home, the disappointment continued: Rearview mirror and back window still had fingerprints. Dust, pet hair, and dirt left on multiple interior surfaces. Door handles, center console, and storage compartments were untouched. Crumbs and debris still in cupholders and crevices. I had to vacuum the car myself and wipe down all the surfaces they missed. For the highest-priced wash, this is unacceptable. The photos speak for themselves — dirty wheels, uncleaned interior, and obvious spots completely missed. I understand doing some touch-up after a wash, but not redoing almost the entire job. I won’t be returning and can’t recommend this place to anyone looking for even basic quality or attention to detail.★☆☆☆☆ 6 months ago
