Honestly, I went in there to get an alignment and caned out worse than it was my tires started to wear so I took it somewhere else and was told it was way out of alignment.

This place is one of the very best! We’ve been to them on a few different occasions and have had great experiences. I just had a tire blowout last night, had to leave my car at Dollar General, and then my boyfriend contacted them the next day for help. I didn’t have a spare and it was nearly impossible for him to get my tire off due to the lug nuts being on so tight. They drove out to us right before they closed and changed my tire IN THE PARKING LOT. It was after closing time for them when they finished everything. If that doesn’t show you how dedicated they are to their customers, I don’t know what does. They go above and beyond to help people out and they really helped me out so much. I’ve very grateful for such an awesome place in our area. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Almost closing time and my son pulled in with a busted gasoline tank.. no problem. They fixed it and sent him on his way. They did not take advantage of him even though he is young and clueless. He is traveling from San Antonio to Atlanta.. I’m so very thankful they took good care of him!

I would like to thank y'all for the courtesy and professionalism and going above and beyond! I called your shop as a complete stranger 1 hour before closing time and needed my oil changed and vehicle serviced before a trip back to Louisiana the next morning. The lady who answered the phone call made me relax and assured that y'all would take care of my vehicle if I could get there soon. So instead of panicking and trying to rush across town I drove normal and arrived there at the agreed time and did everything as you said. Thanks for that 😎👍

So far so good! Far better service than superior Tire was. The extended hours are a huge benefit for us working folks, and the owner/manager was abundantly helpful and knowledgeable. Polite, respectful and even helped me out with the pricing on some of the work they did.... Which was done well and in a very timely manner... Definitely my new tire place.

Been using this place for the last 2 years ever since I moved to bridgecity & the main guy named Omar ALWAYS goes above & beyond to help me. Dude even gives me rides to & from my house if I have to drop my vehicle off at the shop. Not to mention the work they do on my vehicle is always fair pricing & excellent work. use to love it here but i went today for the first time in 2 years and they suck. waited 45 mins to get helped then left the car for a tire change, something that takes 20 mins. waited an hour and called them to check on it, and they said they FORGOT ABOUT IT. how do u forget about a car sitting right in front of ur door? went up there another 30 mins later and it was still sitting there in the same spot, didn’t know a simple tire change took almost half a day?

Waited an hour for a simple tire change. The lady behind the desk taped her fake nails on my paint and I asked her not too and had an attitude. She took a pic of my vin number. Miles. And car. Why would they do that no idea seems off. And then slammed my door and when lifting car they lifted it on my plastic and bent it and tried to say it was already like that when I just washed my car before getting new tire and knew it wasn’t like that and had a dent in my back bumper DO NOT COME HERE.

I've been here three times. The first time they did an excellent job on my front brakes. As far as I can tell, they used quality parts, sorted it out quickly, and just did a great job in very little time. The second and third time I came in with a busted valve stem on two different tires. The last time they even went the extra mile and got it sorted for me right there and then even though it was very close to closing time, and on the weekend. They do great work at very competitive prices, and they are very service-minded to boot! I'm a very happy customer and will be back when I want my rear brakes done, as well as when I'm shopping for new rims.

Driving into Bridge City, our yellow tire inflation light came on. We pulled into Mucas Tires and services and my heart sank when I saw how busy they were. A very friendly lady at the service counter said they would get it as quick as they could and we had a seat. Far faster than we imagined the tire was repaired and for a very reasonable price. Worst place I’ve ever been to. They overcharge for everything, tell you about problems your car doesn’t have, give you expensive quotes for the “future” to come back and fix the car another day, and upright took my money just for simple analysis on what wasn’t an alignment issue. Absolutely insane they had told me that I needed my tie rods fixed and suspension fixed before they could align the car, I checked afterwards myself and both parts were fine. It was originally $80 for the alignment and they wanted to charge $260+ for labor and ordering on parts that were already fine on top of the actual $80 for the alignment. I have a mechanic in the family we just don’t have an alignment machine, this is exactly why I try to do as much labor as I can by myself smh you can’t trust places like this.
