Remember the days when mechanics were honest and didn't ripp you off? The mechanics at Murrillos are those honest guys!!!! My story - - I had four different AAA recommended places, and two random places all quote me $500 - $1000 to fix my vehicle.( I had just shelled out $1500 a couple of weeks earlier for work on my vehicle. ) So a concerned coworker told me I had to go to Murrillos. I thought why not... when I got there, one of their mechanics took it for a test drive. He quickly made a small adjustment to my cruise control and then $60 later. VOILA!! Problem solved!! They have saved me thousands of $$$.

TO be honest I drove in there to find out how much to put my light bulb in and spark plugs in and three men stood around and looked at each other and you could tell they were deciding what to charge me and one says $50 so of course I wasn't happy I mean if it's a business I don't expect for you to pull a number out of the sky and frankly I wasn't satisfied I thought maybe $30 but I'm a woman what do I know right ? So I didn't have anything done and I will never go back there but maybe 🤔$50 was a good deal 🤝 just not for me 😕 you decide

Murillo's auto came highly recommended by two of my friends for honest work, fair prices, and integrity. I kind of expected an old school type of place which, this was. I called one other place expecting a high price for a transmition and was quoted a certain amount. Murillo's quoted me a price $1000.00 less than the first place including a clutch. I'm surprised and delighted with Murillo's cost and look forward to the end result of the repairs done for my truck. Amendment to my previous comment. Unfortunately, my truck was in the shop at murillos for 20 days (Jan 15-Feb 3) for transmittion, clutch, and fly wheel replacement. I felt that i received a bit of an attitude from Hector when i would call to get an update on my truck. It seemed, and i write seemed, that we had friction as Hector said he didn't charge me for my fly wheel and he wasn't going to take the time to do so because he just wanted my truck out of the lot upon pick up of the vehicle. He did not address or speak to me when i went to pay for my vehicle either. I've never been treated this way. I've always been treated respectfully with other mechanics that I've dealt with. I have a 1 yr warranty on my transmittion, fly wheel, and clutch. Now, I am nervous to even contact Hector for any adjustments or necessary repairs that fall under the contract. I had hoped to have a go to mechanic and i don't trust that i will get my truck back in a timely fashion and know that I may be treated rudely just for calling to check on the status of my vehicle or i may be declined services. Like other ppl stated, i also did receive a detailed description of the problems associated with my transmittion issue. Hector did things correctly. He just got terse with me when i would call for an update on my truck. Im very disappointed with the unprofessionalism in which i was treated.

My check engine light was on. I went to Murillo's, they ran a computer diagnostic and told me it was an issue with my spark plug. Switched them up and the check engine light was gone. Told me that if it turns on again come back and they will repair. So far so good. Quick service, no b.s. and low price. Satisfied customer.

This is our go to mechanic for our entire family. The guys here are honest and dependable. They treat women with respect. They are always willing to explain the problem in detail and offer various repair options if available. I love that if they are unable to do your service they will refer you to someone who can. Also love that i can send my mother there alone and know that she will be treated fairly and with respect.

I've been brining all my cars here for over 10 yrs now. They do a good job and cost way less than the dealer. Hector always shows any parts that need to be replaced, before doing anything if needed. They are an honest family owned shop. Everyone that I've ever referred has been happy long term customers as well.

These fellows are ALWAYS taking care of me! I don't have to be concerned that I'm a woman and may get ripped off. Their prices are reasonable and their service is excellent!!!! My cars are also in good shape thanks to these guys. I've been a customer for about 12 years! Excellent shop!
