If you’re looking for a mechanic to get the job done and in a timely manner without the 5hr shop wait then this is your guy!!!! I called one day to get help with putting a head light assembly in because of a stuck screw, this was my first time using his services. He came and installed it so quickly, that I had to call him to get another service done. He put my cv joint on with in a 1hr half. He has most definitely gained a new customer!

I finally got a text back yesterday and confirmed that if I get brake pads that night he could come to my office the next morning and do the labor for a brake pad replacement. It has been nearly two hours past the time he was supposed to show up and I have heard nothing from him. If the appointment needed to be cancelled or rescheduled, that’s fine, I understand that things happen. At least have the courtesy to let me know that though instead of not responding. I called twice to see if something was wrong and no answer.

Michael did a great job on my car. It wouldn't start because the starter was old and rusted. He snapped his ratchet cause it was rusted so bad. He was friendly and super informative. Explained everything that he was doing and why. Affordable and accommodating when it comes to scheduling and working out different solutions. He's great because it's his own business and he genuinely cares about doing well. I couldn't recommend him more.

I recently hired Mr. Murray for help with an overheating issue on my work vehicle. After he inspected it, he informed me that the water pump was leaking. I purchased a brand-new pump based on his recommendation, and he completed the installation the next day. He also sent pictures confirming the job was done, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the very first time I drove the vehicle to work the same issue happened again. The truck overheated and broke down with the exact problem I hired him to fix. I reached out immediately, sending photos and calling several times, but I have not been able to reach Mr. Murray. It has now been over four days with no response, and my work vehicle is still out of service. I originally trusted that using his service would save me time, but instead it has cost me more time and now requires a trip to the dealership for proper repair. I’m disappointed that I have not been able to get any follow-up or support after the issue returned. I feel as if he has ghosted me. Unfortunately, without communication or assistance, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.
