This business is a wonderful testament to your traditional American "Ma & Pa" family owned and operated establishments. I brought my car to them for a smog check. I found them very friendly, helpful, and patient to my questions and needs. The shop was clean and the waiting area cool and comfortable. The service was quick and the prices were both fair and reasonable. All and all...doing business with them was a pleasure. Michelle (co-owner) is a genuinely nice person and was a tremendous help.

Friendly and Trustworthy Auto Repair Services For a single parent a reliable car repair shop is a must. My son recommended this place. Have used this auto repair shop since (past 10+ years for my 2004 SUV). My son used it for his 1990 Honda Civic. They have not failed in having my car come out working in excellent condition. Trust their car repair recommendations and fair prices (worth it to not worry being without my only car). They are very friendly and very thorough on their work. Made sure to check everything that was wrong with my husband's car to make sure his sensor will go off before just replacing the part. They found an electrical issue causing the problem and fixed that as well. Could have just fixed what the sensor said, but it still would not have fixed the actual problem. These guys are top notch. They took the time to actually find the issue and fix it all. They didn't over charge either. Great place, great quality work! Honest place to get work done on your cars!

Thorough, Fair & Honest Murrieta Auto Repair did a great job repairing my recently deceased husband’s truck so that I could sell it. In a situation like that it would have been easy to take advantage but Justin & Chris did a great job of explaining what was going on, communicating progress, and completing the repairs at a great price. I was well taken care of and it was such a relief to have them on the job. I highly recommend!

After my RAV4 stated I needed maintenance soon, I brought it in to Murrieta Auto Repair to get it checked out. They did an oil change and caught that my tires needed replacement. They ordered tires that day and replaced all 4 tires the next day. Their prices were great and they did the work quickly. I liked being able to get appointments and they worked on my car when I brought it in - I didn't have to wait all day. I had used them in the past for older vehicles and they are still providing the same services they did back then.

I took my car in for an oil change and asked that they kind of give it a once over and tell me if they saw anything that was coming up. I had been told previously that I needed brakes and I was pretty sure I did not. Chris showed me how much brake material I still had and May this understandable by telling me what the brand new standard would have been. It was happy to tell me I did not need breaks and would not need them for quite some time save my pennies so I'd be ready when I was due. How refreshing to have an honest person work on your car! I had to wait for my car and I was in and out in less than an hour for the oil change. I took it right in at the time of my appointment. Love these guys! Their prices are reasonable and their work is reputable. Yes I will be back.

I needed to take in my 2013 SUV in for required service and some expected brake work. They took care of it and I was pleasantly surprised that my brakes just needed lubricant. They also found an oil leak. That I was keeping an eye on and fixed it. They are honest and do great work. I will keep coming to this shop for all my auto needs.
