Great Carwash. Post wash wipe down and drying is usually done with care and attention to detail. Only issue is sloppily applied tire dressing frequently slings on to paint when I drive off.

There is nothing elite about this place! When I went back to the vacuum area to show Rick the mess left he said “You got a basic wash!” I explained that the basic wash is $10.99 and I got the $25.00 wash. He said the best washes were on the back of his card. He offered to vacuum again but I said that if he was apologetic instead of defensive I would give this place a second chance. I will go to Jerry’s and vacuum it again myself.

I dropped my Kia Soul off right at 8am when they opened and they finished around 10am. I asked for a full detail, less the carpet shampoo. I had a ton of pet hair in the car, and that’s always been difficult for other places to get out. I just fostered a dog and drove her 8 hours to her new home, so the car was a MESS. When I tell you I don’t see a spec of pet hair in this car…I am so impressed with the speed and quality of this detail. The car smells and looks amazing, aside from the self inflicted dings and scratches, my car looks and feels brand new!! If I wasn’t moving out of state tomorrow, I’d be a frequent customer here. I didn’t wait on the property, walked to Target lol, but when I did interact with employees they were all friendly and professional. Total was $126 + tip and it was worth every penny.

I went in for an oil change and my yearly state inspection. It was a pleasant experience & I will say my car is a bit of a pain to change it's oil filter, it is a very tight awkward space to get to. So I really appreciate everyone that does my oil change, the only thing that was a bit concerning was that all my tires were terribly overinflated. The front are rated for 35 and the back 33 but they were 15 to 20 psi overinflated. That can be a dangerous situation for someone. Other than that though I'd say service was fast and friendly.

Okay car wash, but the detailing was poor at best. The dog hair I specifically asked to be vacuumed up when I arrived was still all over the interior. The inside of my center console is dirty, as though untouched. The exterior of my truck is still dirty as well! I went because of an online coupon but won't be back. Edit: I gave this car wash a second chance this year, and I am very disappointed. My mirrors were not cleaned, there is overspray from their greasy cleaners left on my infotainment center and window buttons, as well as left on the seats. I specifically spent time before coming brushing out the bulk of the dog hair from the seats, and it looks exactly the same as I left it, as though they were not even vacuumed. It's obvious that there is not enough attention to detail being paid here, which is a shame, since I paid to have my cab detailed. Give this carwash a PASS

I stopped by yesterday afternoon, not a happy customer. To start out with with as many people they have working there you think cleaning would be done correctly. I get in my car and notice all the dirt they didn’t vacuum, the use a pressure cleaner to spread the particles around but didn’t vacuum it, I look on my dash and it’s dusty, I see the outside of my car and it still have the bird poop stain on it! What did I pay for? Hell if I wanted to pay for a dirty car I would have never stopped by. I don’t recommend this place or nor will I ever stop by again, first and last time! People are so lazy and complicit that they figure why put effort. I tipped someone for doing nothing, that’s insane!!

I went for a car wash for my son's car and asked for the basic car wash. The guy hands me a receipt that said $19.99 and I said is this the cheapest one? He said no and rang me up for the cheapest one and was very annoyed that I even asked. After my car was through the wash the guys that dried it only dried it for like 10 seconds. They did a terrible job. The windows were smeared and nothing was wiped down. The vacuum job was also terrible. I will not be back and I do not recommend

Always a good experience. They're friendly, organized and get you in and out quickly. Nobody bugs you for a tip, but they have a little mailbox outside where cars are picked up for cash tips.

I just got my detailed at this place . Paid for the $99 package service . I was told the service is done . This is what I found out 1) the backseat is full of dirt and leaves , and the not even vacuumed, not of the seats are even cleaned. I was told that they don’t clean seat .for the areas that they are supposed to clean . Look at the pictures. The radio dashboard was not cleaned . The corners and the very front of the dashboard was not cleaned .

Awful service. $19.99 basic service that he said included drying/tire sealing/interior dust removal and exterior wasn’t washed properly, it had lots of stains and I needed to get a cloth and clean it out, one of the ladies said you only paid to be washed and dry out so why the sales advisor told me it was more than just washing it???? I’m very disappointed, I will not recommend this place as a good option in this community! $19.99 putting in trash 🗑️ 😟overpriced for what you get!!!!

We were told it would be done at noon when we dropped it off at around 8:40 this morning. we got there at noon and my car was on the side. We waited thinking it was done and just needed to be brought up. No one said what it was doing, and while we waited we watched it come out of the wash while we were there at 1:02pm. Then it went to get detailed and didn't finish till 2:32pm. This is where we finally got the call that it was done. My seat and seat belts are still wet, so I am sitting on that. I'm just curious what happened with my car from 9 to 12 when we left it here. Not somewhere I would go back to for detailing or a wash. Better off next door at the do it yourself wash.

We have always used Mustang for our car washes and highly praised them, but after trusting them with our commercial van, I’m questioning if we just need to find another place. All we needed was the outside washed and the front interior(just 2 seats and a dash). Told it would be an hour and a half. They were done in 20 minutes. You can barely tell it was washed. The interior was clearly not touched, they said they vacuumed but we could pick up dirt right in front of them, not to mention the cup holders obviously had dirt and crumbs in them. They told us we would have to pay more for a better job. There is no way they did anything to begin with. The windows had smear marks all over them, like they sprayed water on it and then wipe it with a cloth and called it good. The rest of the van looked the same with some smear marks. When we complained about the cleaning, we were told it was the package we paid for and if we wanted a better job, we had to pay more. I guess the most basic package is just water and a towel now? We have never had an experience like this before.

I recently bought a 2016 Corolla from a lady who owned 3 cats and 2 dogs and took them to the vet regularly, which you could tell by the condition of the car even after 1 week of driving it not only the amount of hair but the smell that was in the car. My wife recommended this place; I got the complete detail and all, but 1 hair was removed I could no longer smell the animals that rode in the car frequently. If I didn't know any better, I would think the year was 2016 not 2025 by the condition of the car it was great. Not something I would do monthly but definitely in my opinion worth it to do it once a year, which I will start doing. I only wish I would have thought to take before/after pictures it really is an amazing difference.

I’ve been a regular here since I moved to Texas March 2025. I think I’m going to go somewhere else. They didn’t fill my washer fluid. I’ve been running on empty from my trip to Minnesota and back, lights on my dash and everything. I spent $80 for an oil change in my Subaru, and even though they brought out the washer refill gun to the reservoir, they didn’t fill it. They usually do. Thanks for pinching Pennys when all Americans are strapped for cash. I’ll take my business elsewhere

My rating has been revised due to the owner of Mustang Elite Car Wash & Lube Center's response. ==Original review== I am a retired ASE certified Master Automobile Technician. So rather than deal with the hassle of used oil and filter disposal, I chose to take our 2006 GMC Envoy SLT to Mustang Elite Car Wash & Lube Center for an oil change. We arrived at 5:20, and the oil was quickly changed and we were sent on our way. 1.5 miles from Mustang Elite Car Wash & Lube Center, we started seeing and hearing the low oil pressure warning lights and alert tones. We IMMEDIATELY pulled off on a side street and turned off the vehicle. I called Mustang Elite Car Wash & Lube Center. I kept getting transferred to different people, and at one point I was told "It is just the oil pressure sender. Just drive it back here." I know better than that, so I asked to speak to the manager. I was again put on hold. At promptly 6pm, the closing time for Mustang Elite Car Wash & Lube Center, the line was disconnected. I called back, and got through to the car wash. They put me back through to the lube center. When I spoke with the manager, he agreed to come out and check the vehicle. Upon arrival, he kept insisting that it was the oil pressure sensor, and that it was safe to drive it. I did not agree, and he left. We called a wrecker and had the vehicle towed home, at a cost of $171.60. I immediately drove to O'Reilly auto parts, and bought an AC Delco PF61E oil filter. I installed that, and started the engine. The oil pressure was again normal. I was able to drive it with no oil pressure issues. I researched the Valvoline VO-108 filter that was installed on the 2006 GMC Envoy SLT. From google "The Valvoline VO-108 is a spin-on oil filter used for engine oil maintenance in various vehicles, primarily, certain Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury models." A cursory examination of the filter showed what appeared to be internal deformation of the filter element. I believe the filter collapsed internally under pressure due to a reverse oil flow though the filter. According to google, the proper Valvoline oil filter is a VO-200, and google lists this as a cross reference for the AC Delco PF61E. If I had been anyone other than an experience Master auto technician, and had taken Mustang Elite Car Wash & Lube Center's advice of "it's just the oil pressure sender" and had driven it back to Mustang Elite Car Wash & Lube Center, it would have done major damage to the engine that would have required a complete engine replacement. I am out $190.00 and 2.5 hours. Plus the stress and hassle of a simple issue that could have been rectified by installing the correct oil filter. =Addendum= Since the initial posting of this review, I have been contacted by the owner of Mustang Elite Car Wash & Lube Center. He has been in touch with Valvoline, and they confirmed that the VO-108 filter is correct for the 2006 GMC Envoy SLT. At this time, they think they got a bad filter. The owner agreed to refund me the towing fee and the cost of the filter. He will drop off a check and pick up the problematic filter tomorrow morning. Valvoline wants the filter for a failure analysis.

I’m very particular about car washes. This one is very good and trusted. Fast, efficient, and everyone is courteous and friendly. My daughter and I have both started using this one in Grapevine in the past year, since our previous preferred one was bought, changed name, and it’s just just the same…So yes, there are closer ones with full service but so far I prefer to drive 15 miles to Mustang Car Wash to care for my car.
