First time having my car interior detailed with N touch by recommendation from my dad. They did absolutely amazing my car felt like new and smelled so good. They went above and beyond with today's service, I did not have my car washed or cleaned the outside this morning when I dropped it off. Upon picking it back up today, they washed the outside/shined the tires which was not expected at all but very much appreciated. Would recommend and will continue to take our cars here in the future. If I could give them 0 stars I would I inherited a car that had some dirty/moldy seats that I could not get clean myself. I was gifted a $250 gift certificate to N Touch to get this and more done. The person on the phone told me that it would cost $200 to get my seats cleaned. I thought that was pretty expensive but figured that is the cost to do the enzyme treatment. Then I go on the website and see that they will detail an entire large car for $260 which includes shampooing!!! And enzyme treatments only cost $50 I am not sure why he charged me $200 for just shampooing my seats but they didnt even make them PRISTINE! (See photos of poor quality work) I lifted the head rests and they didnt bother to clean under them. Then I lift up the seats and they couldn't even be bothered to remove a leaf from under the seat? Nor did they clean the seat belt that had mold on it. Since I had $50 left on my GC I asked what else they could do and he mentioned a hand car wash. A$50 CAR WASH SHOULD MEAN THAT ITS PERFECTION. The roof is extremely dirty and it has water spots all over my car plus streaks going down the front and back window! So they didnt take the time to hand dry it either for $50. I cannot fathom why a $50 car wash did not mean that they got every DETAIL and cleaned every speck of dirt that I cannot clean myself. I mean that is why its called DETAILING is because you do all the cleaning and detailing that I cannot do because you are a business that specializes in DETAILING. I called to ask what my $250 paid for exactly and he told me that my expectations were too high and that if I wanted these things (the roof of my car and all the mold) actually detailed and cleaned that I would have had to SPECIFICALLY ASK FOR them....what????!!!!! I thought I asked for them when I PAID you $250??!??!?!! If you want a custom job done besides what they offer on your website I would go to Emerald Valley in Springfield. My family goes there and gets amazing service for waaaaaayyyyyyyy cheaper.

I’ve waited a long time since the date of service to leave a review, solely to test out the heat reduction of the IR tint. It is ABSOLUTELY worth it! Back in February, I had my windows tinted. I have leather seats, no matter how hot the day is or how long my car is in the sun, I can sit down immediately wearing shorts and a tank top without being burned! No random towel floats around in my car anymore. The tint does help the overall temperature inside the vehicle, but the biggest difference has been the temperature of the seats themselves. The staff at N Touch are very nice and accommodating, there have been no issues with my tint since it was done, and in this heat wave it has been an absolute godsend. The service and product have both surpassed my expectations, so thank you!

Amazing work done by some of the nicest people. Very detail oriented and did exactly what we needed. We have 3 pugs who shed like crazy and 2 kids who snack in the car, but after taking my car in you would never guess. Not a speck of dirt or a single dog hair. We had them restore my headlights and WHAT A DIFFERENCE! They look brand new again. My youngest daughter got in after I picked the car up and said “I love when you take our car here because it gets so clean!” Would recommend them to anyone who wants the best for their cars.
