The young girl at the desk doesn’t know anything and needs to be re-trained. I only supported this location to support KVCC auto program, as my spouse goes there, however never again! I am beyond livid my brakes from there didn’t last a year! When I called about my lifetime warranty, the clerk had the audacity to tell my partner, ‘just because they say lifetime doesn’t mean they’ll last a lifetime’ - I am unsure WDF that has to do with them warranting my brakes but OKAY! Next, I let her talk me into some other style rotors than I had originally picked, imagine my dismay when I am installing my brakes & notice they’re FRONT ROTORS & REAR PADS. I called to let them know I am working on my car closer to another location & I need to exchange them, the young lady at the drake road location has the audacity to tell nerve to say, ‘well i was just going off what you got last time’ - GIRL WHAT?! I very explicitly ordered front brakes so why would I want front rotors? She then proceeds to say the front rotors will be a $20 up charge when I exchange them! A hassle & an unpcharge? Terrible, & I mean terrible customer service. Either employees don’t have enough empowerment to give good service or just don’t have the know how EITHER WAY I will never come here again! Go to advanced auto parts where they always have 25% off.
