Cover made it with 2 months of use. WORST COVER, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Supposedly 3 year warranty. They make you file a warrant claim online. No one ever calls you back. Cover is currently ripping in multiple places now. You keep calling the number leaving messages no one will answer, or call you back. Now we have a 500$ cover that is blowing in the wind like a flag. Thanks for the waste of $500.00.

I purchased the best travel trailer cover form National RV Covers with a 5 year warranty. In my 2nd year the zipper opened as there was no mechanism to lock it closed and the cover ripped. I filed a claim and was told I would have to pay the difference between what I paid and what the cover sells for now. A difference of $450. I was given 15 days to decide. A few days later I decided to pay the money and get the cover replaced. Now the real issue occurs: I send daily and sometimes twice daily email with my claim number to have the replacement shipped. I also called all four extensions 1. Shipping info, 2 New sales, 3 Warranty , & 4 Refunds and left messages on each with my claim number. NO RESPONSE. Only once I got an answer and the person answering asked me to hold while she checked on my claim, and NEVER RETURNED to the line. Horrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I think this is the first review that I write on a business but I feel like I had to. I purchased a cover for my boat last year and purchasing was pretty easy. I didn’t receive it when they said I was but I finally did, no complain there I totally understand things can take longer. After I put it on my boat the cover looked really nice except it was short from the back no big deal, just wanted a replacement I took photos and emailed them as it sounded like their replacement process was supposed to be pretty easy. Well, let me tell you that was the biggest nightmare. I had to pay for the return myself and that’s when I decided that I wanted a refund not an exchange, they messed up my order, why should I have to pay for the return. It took probably six months to get my refund. I probably sent them about 30 emails asking for updates which some they just ignored. I had to call my bank to dispute the charge and that’s how I was able to get my money back. No doubt these guys wanted to keep my money. When I saw the cover for the first time, I was ready to order one for my RV but after what happened not a chance. Good luck to them on their business but I hope they don’t treat all their customers like this.

The straps are well placed on the cover and the throw bag really makes the process of strapping the cover easier. It wasn’t that easy to put on but that’s to be expected.
