I had a positive experience at first when I bought wheels and tires for my wrangler from here. I was told I can store my stock wheels here as well for a fee. Arranged it with the owner himself, Tony, when I bought them. Knew I had a lease and didn’t need to swap them out seasonally but when my lease was up i would come get them. Fast forward 2 years when my lease is just about up, I call to get my wheels back. When I call, they have no recollection of my wheels being there. Apparently Tony didn’t charge me for the storing when I first bought the wheels. Now I’m told my wheels aren’t there. After a few more phone calls, they find my wheels in the basement. The man I spoke to keeps telling me it’s not their fault “I left my wheels there” like I had no intention of ever getting them. Not my fault your staff didn’t properly charge me and store them with appropriately. Whatever. I pay for the storage but now they lost my lug nuts. I get told there’s nothing they can do. Even though my wheels were in there possession for 2 years. The whole time I’m getting blamed by them for not paying to store my wheels. I paid over $3000 for the wheels and tires, do they really think another couple hundred dollars for storing my wheels would really break the bank, especially when I need those wheels back. Totally unprofessional manner in how they handled it, passing the blame of their errors onto the consumer. Poor service

I've been here twice already: Once for an alignment, another time for brake pads. Each time it was a pleasurable experience. They're very quick to give you honest recommendations that do not serve their bottom line; they honestly have the customer's best interest at heart. I went in as a walk in to get my rim fixed and was taken car of in order which i came in. The guys in the shop found the crack, actually showed it to me and repaired it. Chris at the front desk was very pleasant, professional and kind. My car needed a jump when i was about to leave and he saw me with my hood open and asked if he could help and he did! Gave me a jump and I was on my way. I will definitely be going back there again for future work on my tires and will refer them to my friends and family. Thanks again!

The service was excellent. The Mechanics were knowledgeable and friendly. The lead mechanic found a broken stabilizer and pointed it out to me. Got it fixed right away along with other damaged parts and this was on Christmas Eve! The price was fair and they did not overcharge for the parts. Got in and out quickly. My suv drives great.

I had a great experience with this shop! I called in advance to make sure I had what I needed, and the person who helped me over the phone was both courteous and knowledgeable. Upon arrival, the owner helped us quickly and ensured we got the service we needed. He only charged us for the price of two tires and helped us way beyond. He sent two of his staff members to the location of my car (about 4 miles away), where they changed the tires into two spares and then took it back to the shop. At the shop they quickly replaced the tires with the ones I had purchased and made sure everything was well. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Overall a wonderful place!

Went in for an alignment and a second opinion on a suspension issue I’ve been having on my mini cooper. Everytime I drove over cracked or uneven roads I’d hear a metal clanking noise. I had it kind of narrowed down to what it was but just brought it here to see what they’d tell me. After the diag I was told that I need to replace the tierod ends and the lower engine mount. Which is crazy cause I just replaced the lower engine mount in December. After driving it home, I inspected the car myself and found that the bolts that hold my brake caliper to the bracket were spinning freely… not loose just spinning freely. So I took the bolts off to find that the thread was stripped and someone tried to just force them on, hence why they were seized but spinning freely. My question is, how can a professional shop miss something as simple as that, not mention it to me at all (huge safety risk for myself and other drivers). And why lie, telling me I need to change my lower engine mount which btw I inspected and was totally intact. I went in thinking these people were here to help, but they just wanted to take advantage. To anyone who goes here for anything other than an alignment or new tires— BE AWARE don’t get fooled

Ive been coming here for many years . Always helps me with the rims that best fits my car. I had lost my wheel lock one time and they helped remove the old one and install new wheel locks . Not only that he works prices with and is willing to negotiate if the circumstances makes sense . Im usually in and out and dont have tow ait many hours and its convenient because a deli is right next door if i had to wait awhile .

Went in for a simple tire swap and got my tires destroyed in the process. The technician removing my tires wrecked my take offs which only had 10 miles on them and never said anything. When I came back to pick up my tires I noticed the bead was destroyed on both when they removed them. When I showed them to the owner instead of taking responsibility he directed me to question the tech who worked on the car as if he wanted no part of it. Of course the tech would not admit he was at fault and the owner just walked away. If they were like that when he took them off he should have said something but he said nothing so he wouldn't be blamed for his own doing. Based on the owners actions and deflection I cannot say enough to stay away. We'll see in small claims what he says when he can't hide behind his workers. Next time step up and don't just hide when it comes time to deal with problems that you should be handling not your workers. See pictures attached. If you don't want this to happen to you then stay away.
