I had transmission trouble on a road trip and stopped here. Everyone was amazingly helpful and friendly. The service coordinator, Jonathan, and the service manager, Mark, went above and beyond every step of the way. My car was still under warranty so it had to be brought to the dealership where I bought it. They helped me make a plan to get my car towed home as affordably as possible. This could have been a horrible, no good, rotten day. But due to the efforts of this center, it was as pleasant and seamless as bring stranded 3 hours from home can be.

This morning I had a problem with my Honda Odyssey. Without an appointment took the car in to have it checked out. Christine had the car checked while Fay, the courtesy car driver drove us to my doctor appointment. After said appointment Fay returned to drive me back to the dealership. After a short wait Christine brought the keys out to us and sent us on our way. This was a great experience at Navarre Honda thanks to two great representatives. Billy Navarre Honda Service has truly become my second family — and it’s all thanks to Christina Traxler! Over two weeks ago, my beloved Honda Odyssey lost power out of nowhere. I hadn’t needed any service in over two years, but when I brought it back to Billy Navarre, Christina remembered me! That alone blew me away. But what she did next truly deserves recognition. Christina diligently went to work, digging deep to find the root cause of the issue. Turns out, it was a problem with the VCM — something I never would’ve known was covered under an extended warranty by Honda. That repair could’ve been incredibly expensive… but thanks to Christina’s thoroughness and honesty, it was completely covered. Thank you, Jesus!! This wasn’t a quick fix — there were other necessary repairs that came up along the way, and Christina made sure I was informed every step of the process. But what stood out most was her care. She treated my van like it was her own. Even with how busy the service department is, she made me feel like I was the only customer in the world. I absolutely love my Honda Odyssey. It’s not just a vehicle — it’s how I get to work to provide for my family. It holds years of memories for my wife, our three sons, and me. The following day, they inspected and serviced our vehicle and kept us fully informed throughout the process.
