What's the difference between the early bird special $15. 99 and the "special" $19.99 I received?? Was it the tire dressing?? Doubt I'll be returning. Took and hour for a place that wasn't crowded. Though this place is closer, doubt I'll return. Either Chevron drive thru or Carlos 100 Percent Car Wash 54th & 3rd Ave they do a better job and I've never been there more than thirty minutes and that's when they're crowded/busy. Convenience isn't always good. Cashier couldn't give me change to tip🙄 thank you but no thank you👎🏾

Wow was I impressed with the look of my car. New to Cali and this was my 1st visit to NCM. They did such a great job inside and out. The workers were polite as was the young woman behind the counter My little red Maza 2 was shinny and she was smiling again. The price of 20.00 was great as well which left room for a nice tip. I'll be back

Slow service. Spent more time at this location than I would've at my regular CarWash [100 Percent CarWash] Carlos is thorough. He gets everyone in and out in a timely matter. Believe I waited 30 minutes, only when it was extremely busier than usual. NCM car Wash I've given it two chances, I'm done. Thank you, but no, thank you.

They charge $50 for the regular car wash and they have super bad service. I asked to speak with the manager because I was the first who came in and they washed two cars before mine. I asked the manager and all he said he didn’t care. They employees who was cleaning my car stated arguing with me. They have no respect at all. I do not recommend this place. I am never coming back to this place.

Good customer service I had a really nice experience, they did my car really good 😊. Also the early bird special Monday - Thursday!! the 24.99 car wash they have it for $15.99 if it’s a SUV it’s 19.99 in general for all type of service, understand they are more heavy and bigger so don’t miss it I recommend you to visit them!! Wednesday they give 2? Points after 9 you have the $24.99 carwash for free!! Even if it’s a SUV!!

I've been to this car wash multiple times and they would always do a good job. On my recent visit I wasn't satisfied with the service...the guy finished too fast and it showed on the car because the windows didn't look clean the grill on the front was still dirty and the tires/rims looked like they hadn't been touched. I ended up at home going over everything that was missed, after paying/tipping for a service. I won't be going back.

Worst hand car wash ever. I came here because a friend of mine took my car to get washed here and it came out so good. That was a few years ago. My windows are dusty and you can see where the windshield wiper trail is still. my rear view mirrors are dirty. it looks like they rinsed my car and that's it. This being at an early non busy time. Dont know what that was about but never again. Nice people though.

They did a mediocre job cleaning my interior. I had to ask to get my car vacuumed again because it had look as if they did not do any vacuuming. They didn’t ensure the floor mats were secured back in my car. Then I felt very uncomfortable as one of the car wash vendors kept bugging me to the point where I felt harassed for 30 minutes. He repeatedly kept trying to sell me products after I had said I was not interested. I sat down then he proceeded to move the table to sit next to me. I literally had to walk towards the outside of the car wash to get away. Then I got in my car when it was finished and he began to touch my vehicle to get my attention. Very overbearing and I did not come to a car wash to be harassed.

I always come to NCM because they know how to get the job done efficiently! The whole staff takes their time even if it’s busy. Alex and Roberto are the best! The lady who is usually the cashier is also amazing and always has a smile on her face!

Car wash is equivalent to a drive through spray wash. Didn't see suds. Minimal water. Car techs supply less than minimum standards for cleanliness. Car is still dirty. I don't recommend. I will not return.

For them to be a car detailing car wash I was highly disappointed.My Car was done too fast.Once It was finished I asked the guy to come back ,to wipe/clean door handles and cup holders,seems like he had an attitude about it.I chose the VIP wash/detail (not exterior and interior) I don’t understand why my backseats weren’t wiped down properly nor was the carpet properly vacuumed …Long Story short I should’ve stuck to the car washes where I do it myself (if I wanted a rush job) IF YOUR THINKING ABOUT BRINGING YOUR CAR TO THEM,I SUGGEST YOU DONT JUST SIT DOWN & WAIT FOR THEM TO FINISH-WATCH THEM ONCE YOUR CAR COMES OUT WASHER!! $50 WASTED!!!

Wouldn’t recommend. They broke my rain guard on my passenger side window. Not a huge deal but they proceeded to lie & say the damage was caused before. Funny enough I took a picture of my car while it was being dried & the entire piece was missing, yet suddenly reappeared broken. Not worth the argument, but not a truthful business. Outside still a bit dirty, can get a better wash anywhere else.
