I have been a customer there for almost 10 yrs. The employees are very nice but.....They broke a bolt on one of my front wheels, with no regards for my safety the owner "Mr.Medina" did not accept responsibility, was very rude and told me "that he was not a mechanic" He sent me on my way with 4 lug nuts ( a very unsafe condition) for me and my family. I will go elsewhere for auto service from now on. Oh yes, when he noticed that he burned another client he charged me $32.00 for fixing a flat as if to get even! His employees told me that "he does this often with his temper tantrums"★☆☆☆☆ 3 months ago

Hoy tuve la necesidad de venir a este sitio, por una puntilla en una de las gomas de mi auto. El chico me dice 32 usd, algo que me asombró. Accedí a decirle que si por la seguridad de mi hija y mía, sumado al desconocimiento del costo real de dicho servicio. Al chico no le tomó ni 15 minutos hacer dicho trabajo. Saliendo le pregunto al encargado que desde cuando arreglar un ponche era tan caro? Y me dice que hacía como an año. A menos de 500 pies de allí hay otra ponchera. Pasé y pregunté y para mi sorpresa me dijeron que me cobraban 15 usd. Les deseo muchas bendiciones a este negocio pero no robándole el dinero a los clientes. La sensatez del ser humano se ha perdido, más aún la la vergüenza. Hoy perdieron una clienta que tenía otro criterio de ustedes. Fue mi segunda vez en este sitio y la última!!!!
