New Age Auto was a complete disappointment. I was expecting better quality of product and service but didn’t get it. They used the cheapest parts available in the market to replace parts. My insurance company gave them a big check for all the work and it’s not even worth 1/4 of it. They took forever to start and complete work. Then they never followed up with calls. Rather I had to be the one calling again and again the company. And at times no one was available to take calls. Never again will I use this company again. The grade is an F!!!

Complete disappointment! Painted my truck a few years ago. They took the trim panels off my truck and put a shorter 1 back on and tried to convince me it was my original..Lie! They didn't forgot to put other pieces on and I had to go back numerous times. The worst part is no sanding. They must not have sanded the factory paint down b3cause the clearcoat started peeling 8months later. Getting return calls was difficult and I work shifts, so I couldnt keep driving there to find someone. I won't be going there again

Update 10/2021: Picked up my car after the work was done. It was even better than I imagined, and they completely detailed my vehicle. They do excellent work, have superior customer service with great communication and are honest and friendly. The ease of returning the rental car here was seamless as well. I highly recommend New Age and will use them again if needed in the future. Original review: Dropped my car off today for an estimate through an insurance claim, the guys are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, and polite. It was a quick, easy, and direct process. The Enterprise rental experience on property was just as smooth and simple, and Jay was friendly, helpful, and great to work with.

Save your time and energy and search elsewhere. I recently got my car serviced by New Age auto and have been deeply disappointed after getting my vehicle back. The paint job isn’t the best. They kept pushing back my car’s finish date and placed blame on their parts distributors for apparently bringing the wrong parts more than 5 times. Communication was also poor. Won’t ever consider recommending this place to anyone.

I came here with a 1999 Honda Accord, victim of a fender bender to my trunk and bumper. Through the other guy's Geico insurance, I was able to drop off my car at New Age, pick up a car from Enterprise, and receive it back totally repaired like nothing was ever there. I got my car back with it's back looking newer than it probably looked in 1999! The smell of the paint did somehow linger a bit inside my car, but otherwise, great customer service and quality in repair.

We had an accident in 2022 the car was taken to new age. That was the worse mistake of our life. The radiator just had to be replace in our car and these mechanics didn't put and of the bolts or rubber supports back. They charged our insurance for parts they did not replace. Do not let these people work on your car

Horrible work. I dropped off my car on Dec 26 for a fender bender. Shop had my car for a month (in fairness, parts for my car are crazy hard to find) but I only got one call from the shop to give me a status update, and that's because the insurance called them first. Other than that I had zero idea what was going on. Once I finally get my car back on Jan 28, I notice that the workmanship is horrible. The fender had to be repaired but it is poorly done, the metal is not smooth near the bottom and they did a mediocre job preserving the body line that goes across the wheel arch. The paint job is absolutely atrocious. There is a massive paint drip along the fender and door, and the paint had a lot of defects. Bits of dust and lint, and even what appears to be some bit of cat hair or thread or something is embedded in the paint, and sanding marks are also visible. At least the color is matched pretty well but that's about it. I've gotten better results myself with a rattle can and I'm not an experienced painter by any means. And most infuriating, they caused damage to the car too. They damaged the top of the door card by trying to pry off the chrome trim around the window, and they damaged the carpeting on the inside of the hood. The engine bay is also completely covered in overspray. Overall, very poor work. I'd expect this lack of quality and attention to detail from some clandestine paint shop run out of a back yard, not a proper establishment run by alleged professionals.

If I could give them no stars I would. No vehicle sticker in my driver door for whatever reason. Missing components to the engine bay. The hood has pretty big gap between the fender and itself on the driver side. Also have issues closing my hood now. Ever since I got my truck I been having to jump it after they had it over 2 months. Just absolutely unimpressed with the quality and duration of time.
