This is my second time trusting Tiago and his team with my car, and I had another great experience. They are meticulous to get your car restored back to its original condition. They work directly with insurance, so it takes off that stress from you having to do it. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, and let me know when insurance was causing the delay. I had many deep scratches on my passenger side and now you would never even know. The lifetime warranty on the paint/work is another piece of mind in the event that it were to bubble/peel/etc. I even think they cleaned the inside of my car prior to me picking it up because I don’t remember it being that clean on the inside. It’s truly the little details that matter. In the event that something happens to my car again, I will choose Newark Autobody again and again. You can tell they all enjoy what they do and will do whatever it takes for their customers.

I recently had my car repaired at Newark Auto Body. The customer service from the beginning was excellent. I did everything through my insurance which is complicated enough, but Thiago made it so easy! It was smooth sailing from dropping off the car and picking it up. The service itself was great too. They went above and beyond and the car was sparkly clean when I picked it up. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an auto body without any problems. =) Good job guys!!!!!!

10/10 Customer Service 10/10 Quality of Repair 10/10 Quality of Paint Work Let me start by saying I had 2 cars repaired here during the same time frame. Both came out phenomenal! I had work done on my Honda and on my Ford Mustang parts replaced, dents removed, paint repaired or completely replaced and it looks as good if not better than new. Tiago really cares about each and every car/customer that comes into the shop and ensures all work is done properly and with care. The location is perfectly fine as they have a huge lot with lots of fencing and protection from the outside elements.

I just finished picking up my car from repair after a damaged passenger door. My service from start to finish was exceptional! My advisor Tiago was very knowledgeable and always reachable. They showed care in the repair of my vehicle and took the time to do the job right the first time around. I highly recommend Newark Auto Body & Service - this place was just the best! I got hit and my car had to be repaired. Manny took my repair case and helped me with everything, Manny made sure: - I understood the estimate; he took the time unlike other places to guide me - His assistance was available when calling my car insurance - The car rental was suitable to my needs (Hertz is also located in the same building) - To be there every step of the way Overall, I’m very happy with having chosen this place because their Customer Service was outstanding. They fixed dents that weren’t even part of the claim plus as a bonus they got my car inspected for another two years. Awesome job. I recommend them for any type of collision you have with your car. This rating due to the customer service, not the work done to my vehicle. I was receiving texts messages ever week stating my car is on track to be complete on 3/19. I even received a call from them when there was a potential delay on parts ordered for the vehicle only to be updated that there "will not" be a delay. So why the 1 start review? I left work early so I could return the rental car provided by my insurance, only to be told when I arrived that my vehicle was not ready. Meaning now I have no means of transportation.I was told I would need to return the following morning 3/20 to receive my vehicle. Which meant I now had to miss a full day of work on top of the fact I left early the day before. Due to this lack of communication to make me aware that my car would be delayed, it cost me time and money. This is unacceptable in my eyes especially when they showed that they are capable of reaching out to the customer..so what happened this time around? As for the mechanics and technicians that worked on my vehicle you guys get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ impecable work. The management is lucky the lowest I can go is 1.

Such an amazing experience. Very professional staff and precision labor. I had got rear ended and it looked bad but when I picked up my car it looked better then when I had bought off the dealership. They even detected hidden problems from the accident that I haven’t even considered such as the accident also affecting the dislocation of my headlights so they pay a deep attention to detail in their work. Anyone looking for a collision repair shop, look no further because this shop has the skill and experience to fix it. And as If this wasn’t enough they have the Hertz rental service in the shop so you don’t even have to go somewhere else to rent a car , it removes the hassle of pickup up and returning the rental. If I could give more than 5 I would! Superb service. It's never ideal to need to get your car fixed after an accident but these guys returned my car to me Better than it went in! We had a minor run in with the garage door while parking, so the hit to insurance would not have been worth it. One of the body shops that our insurance works with is Newark Auto Body and, unlike some of their competitors, they did offer a quote without insurance after I explained the situation. Manny really took his time by doing a thorough inspection of the car and explained the process in detail. He even helped me explain some of the price and service differences between his quote and another I got, the main difference being that Newark Auto Body is using premium/OEM parts and materials. I felt confident going with their service. They have been nothing but courteous and I would say the only improvement for me would be to better update the customer. Other than that, honestly 5 star which I especially didn't expect in this area.

I chose Newark Auto Body based on their great reviews, and I can tell you that the great reviews are accurate! Manny, Rodney, and Ika were kind , friendly, and gave great customer service throughout my car repair process. They took time to explain things to me and were very communicative about when my car would be ready. They have automated text messages to keep you informed about the process, which really helps. The repairs were also done really well. Even when I had to bring my car back in for them to fix a minor detail, they did not become defensive at all. They encouraged me to bring the car by and they fixed the issue with no problem. You can tell that they are genuinely good people. I would highly recommend Newark Auto Body to any friend or family member.
