Great service, variety of items. They have services for vehicles as well. Look for their sales shopper/flyer online for monthly deals/sales. Located by Aguadilla shopping center and Plaza Ferram and fast food restaurants at a walkable distance. Parking is by 459, be careful with traffic when entering and exiting.

It was great, until they stop taking my car after they needed to honor warranty on my transmission. At first they didn't wanted to honor the warranty and when they did, they stop accepting any vehicle I own.

Horrid customer service. First off the lady was eating, didnt care if a cuatomer had arrived, secondly tells me that she can make me a turn but if they decided to close early ill have to come back another day. Then she continues to say, alright sit down and wait for me to finish eating and ill make you a turn. 0% professionalism. Had heard awesome things but after today. If they allow that in the front door. First impressions last. Who knows what they allow back in the shop, where no one is watching. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Well stocked store and not just auto parts. They had several lawn mowers and other items that are not auto related. Staff were friendly. We called to ensure item availability (cost was less than other well known stores) purchased auto part & paid in a quick efficient manner. Will definitely be a returning customer.
