This will become an even more incredible business in the years to come! Called a TON of places all around the Inland Empire. Steve here at NMS gave me fair rates for parts, and his labor rates were fare as well as quicker than others. I came in for an engine de-carbon process on my intake valves, and got my car the very next day. He also reached out to me and let me know of any recommended repairs (I had some hoses that needed replacing) and asked if I wanted it done first, instead of just doing the work and charging me on the back-half like other shops I’ve dealt with before. Top level communication, transparency, work, and customer service here at NMS!

These guys charged us 3,000 dollars in repairs for Honda Civic 2008, the parts that they changed don’t even cost a fraction of what they charged us. They left my car in even worse condition and damaged my calibers, Last night I was driving and the break pad fell out while driving! Do not come here if you want your car fixed, this place is ran by a bunch of Liars and people who will take advantage of you. Keep in mind that the car was serviced on Dec 16th-18th and problems with the car happened on Jan 5 Two weeks later, for the price we paid this should not be happening. I encourage you guys to not come here if you want an honest and non expensive fix.

This place conned my daughter and her boyfriend. They charged them over 3 k in repairs and I did research and it was astronomical on the materials and labor charge. I recommend do not bring your car here!!! I wish I would’ve known before they brought there car here. They made them sign paper work saying they waive there rights for legal action. They are only 18 yrs old so they don’t know but I recommend you use this review not to bring your car here. I’m glad my daughter is safe because a whole brake pad fell off it could have caused an accident. When they tried calling they said it will cost 3-6k to fix hilarious. Stay away!!!!!

My engine started misfiring at a red light, so I had no choice but to pull into the closest shop, which was here. They quoted me $470 to replace the spark plugs — about $200 more than what Toyota would charge, but given the circumstances, I agreed and signed the estimate. After that, I was told they needed to do additional work because the initial diagnosis wasn’t accurate. On top of that, they added a $160 surcharge due to their own misdiagnosis. I understand things happen, but I don’t think it’s fair to pass that extra cost onto the customer.

Honestly this is now my go-to shop. I feel like as a female, we get played stupid but this shop shows me the issues and makes sure I’m in the same page as them. If you have financial concerns, they will always do their best to figure out a plan for you. They’ve done my A/C and it feels sooo cold like brand new. They also called me after two days to see if the A/C was good still! Which is so nice! And now my brakes and they even shown me my rotors and brake pads versus just telling me their bad- pay this now. They definitely need more hype :)!🖤👏🏻

Took my car in for a coolant leak got told many different prices he said my car would be done in 1 day it took them a whole 5 days my problem is still happening & the total price tht I was told was 2700 ended up payin 3100 bcz commutation is POOR DO NOT GO HERE The owner is a scammer & will upcharge you for everything & lie to you straight to your face

This Place is Amazing! Steve is very professional and very customer service oriented. He made me feel very welcomed and respected. I had first brought my car in because the clutch was slipping and they took my car in even though they were busy and had it done in one day! Car was running great but a year later i money shifted and ruined my new clutch. I called up the boys at NMS and they got me right in one day . When i left the shop my car was shaking uncontrollably so i called up Istvan and he said to bring it back so he could take a look and had it fixed in minutes with a full explanation and walk through on why it was making the car shake. At the end of the day i've been to a couple different mechanics for different cars and i can tell you Istvan and the team have been nothing but help. They are very honest on what you need done and wont try and make you pay for parts you don't need. they will however recommend you to get some parts if they see anything not right with your vehicle. No other shop will touch my subaru , thank you Istvan and NMS team!

This shop and the owner are scammers. Communication is very poor. The workers are very slow and they don't verify with you before they do the work. I went to get a headlight replaced it was told that I have a water pump leak. My thoughts were to get the headlight fixed later. This was explained to the owner. I asked him to do the water pump. He did the two headlights and supposedly the water pump. He never showed the old pump that was removed out my vehicle or verification that it was removed from my SUV. I was there for hours 2:15 to 8:25 for unapproved work. Don't do business here

My car shot me a code for low oil level at 4:30pm. So naturally I stopped to get some oil, after I added it the engine began smoking. It was 4:50 and 2 other shops I called said they wouldn’t be able to drain some for me before end of business. Luckily NMS doesn’t close until 6. I ended up waiting for a tow from AAA for 2 hours, I kept in contact with NMS and he assured me that he would wait for me. I ended up getting to the shop around 7 and as promised, he and his son were waiting for me. He drained some oil, told me to go take it out on the freeway for an exit to verify everything was alright, and it was. He asked for nothing in return. If I could give them more stars, I would.
