I was already a repeat customer, but now I won't go anywhere else for my basic car repair, tire, and battery needs. They're in my neighborhood and they feel like neighbors. I recently got two new tires and new brake pads on my 2011 Honda Crosstour, and when my spare tire needed repairing after a mishap over the holidays I stopped in to see if they could help. Terence was fabulous, he is the store manager and he personally removed, repaired, and put my spare tire back (not an easy feat!) FOR. FREE. I was floored and SO GRATEFUL. NTB on Louisiana St. deserves your business, you'll be so glad you chose them!

Went to get my tires rotated today, was told my tires needed replacing. I had bought these tires no more than 2 years ago. They said they can not rotate the tires. From visually inspecting it. There is treads left, there is a wear marker and it’s not even at that point yet. And the tech had me look at when I bought the tires on the computer all of a sudden it’s not there and that it was probably logged in the old system? Shouldn’t the customers information transfer? Anyways I felt like this particular location is trying to pull a quick one on me. Definitely not coming back to NTB

Imagine your tire blowing out in the middle of the night and you need your car fixed by morning for church and work. Nightmare. Especially when you’re just a girl who’s intimidated by anything car-related. Walking into NTB, I was stressed, but Dr. Dray and his team immediately saved the day. They were honest, knowledgeable, patient, and most importantly—made me feel safe as a woman. They went above and beyond to get me back on the road quickly and safely. Highly recommend. It’s feels like a family in here and I love that!

Don’t go anywhere else! As someone who runs experience and customer process for companies, I’m extremely attentive to the door-to-door journey when I seek service myself. This is, hands down, one of the most fine-tuned teams I’ve encountered at any company in Houston — no exaggeration. Highly skilled, knowledgeable, and genuinely hospitable. Every customer was treated with the same level of care and respect. Terrance (“Dr. Dre”) up front and Malik in the garage are a sharp duo. I’ll absolutely be back and would recommend them without hesitation.

I took my car into NTB for an alignment, but had a few underlying issues with my tire rods. They did an amazing job fixing everything. The personnel was very helpful. Service was excellent. I had a flat after work and drove it to the location downtown not too far from where I work. They were very detailed in telling me about my tire. Even though it was not able to be patched They were very considerate and got me a new tire. Though my finances were a little tight they were very gracious in working with me and getting me back on the road. I really appreciate everything they did for me. I would definitely go back. Came to this location about two months ago for new tire. Got a great price, and even some advice on maintenance repairs needed. Terrance and his team did not pressure me at all or gave the round about on pricing. Everything here is very professional, and great communication when it comes to final price and repairs BEFORE work starts. Also my repair man saw my sensor lights on and kindly cleaned the tire sensor that caused this problem. GREAT SERVICE !! Thank you Terrance I will definitely be back for future repairs!

I’ve been a long time customer of NTB, but my experience at the 6015 FM 2920 location with the new manager, Brad Moses, was completely different in the best way. From the initial phone call to the in person visit, Brad was professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on helping. He took the time to personally identify the issues with my vehicle and explain everything clearly without any pressure. Brad is also supported by a friendly and knowledgeable team that made the entire experience even better. Every team member I interacted with was helpful, professional, and clearly worked well together to make sure everything was handled correctly. Customer service like this is rare these days, and Brad and his team consistently showed professionalism and honesty throughout the entire process.
