I always like going to this place over the years the staff has changed but other locations or competitors if I don't bring the part in I get the wrong part and have to go back, this place has never let me down and haven't had to make a return trip for the correct part.

We have a commercial account, we are regular customers. We never have an issue buying parts with our account and we have no issue providing verification. A few nights ago i felt completely targeted and labeled by a new hire employee named "Mario". Maria automatically had an annoyed face as i asked foe the parts i needed questioning me over and over in a derrogatory manner what kind of association i had for this acclunt, mind you i provided the address and phone number associated with the account. He proceeded to interrupt me as i was explaining what kind of part i needed and how this was my account. Maybe if i would of been in a suit and tie, but this is a parts store. I came in dirty and tired, and it just so happened that his deameaner had a real effect on the rest of my day as this was the last thing id expect from a buisness i give my money to on a daily basis. I rrally preffer and refer everyone to oreillys rather than autozone. Perhaps they are having staffing issues and were in a hurry when they hired this guy named "Mario"which wouldnt give me his last name after i questioned him as a method of defense against his offensive acusations. I will travel the extra 10 mile to the other location, if ypur reading this you should too as the other oreylly location seems more knowledgable and way more friendly. What a disapointed you are Mario.

Don't even deserve one star. If you want customer service and good quality parts, don't go here. I have had nothing but problems with them. The parts break after installing, and then they don't let you return them. Don't buy anything but oem. You think you're saving 100 dollars, but when you can't return them and you have to replace them 3 or 4 times in 3 days. It's not worth it.

My fiance bought a air conditioning condenser and he opened the box or packaging and its unused. They wouldn't give us a refund even when we had a receipt for the product. That's 130$ down the drain and that wasn't even what was wrong with our air conditioning. Now we have no money to get our air conditioning actually fixed in the scorching summer heat.We spent the 130$ hoping and praying that our car just needed a recharge. If you are barely scrapping by and need parts for your car don't go here. Their policy states that they only give refunds for unopened products and we didn't know their policy until we bought something from them. I've worked retail and I think this is unfair for those who are just barely scrapping by. We wont be coming to Oreillys for any of our future purchases and advise you not to shop here as well.

They take forever to answer there phone and when they do answer they put you on hold for a long time. Once they do answer they hang up on you. Very unprofessional behavior.

Been a customer for over 20 years...Had the most awkward customer service its hard to explain, its like the associate didnt want to help me out was being rude but trying to sound helpful. I walked in with a bag to return my purchase the guy " TERRY " was starring me down making me feel uncomfortable. He ask me if i had a question i told him no im here to return somethine hence " MY BAG & RECEIPT " he should of just ask me if i needed help. While processing my return the screen on my side asked me to select some options which was debit or credit? So i asked the guy if he needed me to push anything. Then he was rude about it telling me it does it automatically...looks to me like he hates his job and hates anyone that walks in. Maybe he was METHING with me... should probably drug test this guy. Ill take my money and business to autozone...

He ran a check engine test for me, and after I explained to him my situation, he immediately started giving me some tips and tricks on how to go about diagnosing and fixing the issue. A lot of places will try to pressure you into buying things you don't need or want but not him!! He was extremely nice and helpful, and I appreciate him. He was also funny 😁

I came in close to closing time and I needed a new battery and new headlights. Terry helped me find the right ones and he installed both for me!! Omg Mr.Terry was sooo helpful! I had a bad battery and van would not start in the parking lot of o Reilly but I was in another part of the lot kinda far and Mr Terry walk all the way over to test my battery also got my van to start so it was able drive over to the store where Mr Terry got me setup with a new and affordable battery while making sure my passages and I were cool and comfortable i remember the weather being a lil warm but Mr. Terry was right on time! I now go to this location for all my auto support!
