I was in the store today with my gf and we were looking at the car headlight bulbs for a good time and needed help and the store employee she’s short and Hispanic low cut don’t know her name but she kept staring the whole time and seen we needed help and did nothing at all . She went to help another customer instead still walked past us and ignored me the whole time.

Bought RAIN-X windshield wipers. Store employee was very helpful. There was no book on premises to look up wipers for vehicle, but she looked up in the computer for proper size. The product direction picture was poor for hook type wiper arms. Diagrams lacked a detailed or exploded view. No user friendly.
