Everyone was willing and attempting to assist me. Much better assistance then my past experiences. Old comments : Don't know why I call or even stop by. Have to wait for everything. Seems no one cares about customers. Call auto zone and get information I needed in less time then I was on hold for. Not a isolated incident either. Good location though.

Normally have good service, this trip I had a young man who I asked about my manual transmission vehicle and he told me it needed ATF fluid. This is after I asked if he knew the difference between an automatic and manual transmission. Just train these guys to admit I'd they don't know something. Might have been I am a woman and he didn't want to admit it.

Terrible customer service. The female manager there is rude, useless and completely incompetent. Did not bother to even assist with what I needed help with. After my experience with her, I wouldn't go back there if she's working. Only if there's male employees.

Bought a battery here. It seemed really overpriced. The cashier didn't offer lower priced substitutions which was odd. Friendliness of staff was just ok. Not sure why reviews say this place is amazing. That said, they did install the battery.

Fast and easy service with no pressure. Went in for a new battery since the -27 degree weather killed my old one. Staff showed me 3 main options. She explained pro’s for each and then waited patiently as I checked my phone to make sure it was the best deal (which it was). Quickly done but no rush on their end for me to choose or get out. Great experience!

The store has a decent selection and their prices are a little high but not bad if you really need something. The quality of the customer service is hit or miss tho. On my last visit the last ringing me up tried to set up a new rewards account for me even tho I told her that I already have one. She got visibly upset when I told her I wanted her to type my number in and not set up a new account for me. It's a little frustrating because it says to me that they don't value the customer or the rewards program that they offer. I'll only go back if I can't find what I need anywhere else or have a time constraint. Otherwise I'll shop around other businesses to find what I need.

Great customer service over the phone and in person. I was having problems with my cars' battery and Stan was able to offer me multiple options as to how to proceed. I ended up getting a new battery which he was then able to install on site saving me a lot of trouble. I'm very satisfied with my overall experience and will definitely be coming back for future needs.

I've gone in here for a bad battery check a good shovel, salt , spark plugs and some cool little gadgets for the car along with knowledgeable customer service they're polite they're not arrogant like some other places can be and the prices are reasonable right in line with everybody else they stand out because their service and their convenience location close to me. Updated, I ordered online incorrectly on my part , but caught in time to not destroy pkg and they were great at getting the right one and do a swap. Awesome Thanks guys and gal.

Was doing full drive axle rebuild the other day 3 Universal and a center bearing. Worker named Christian made my struggle easier to deal with glad he was working that day. Good service is hard to find any were in town glad some people still care. Haven't seen her in there in a while but Flo has helped me save lots of time in there as well.

They typically have what I need at a fair price. Most of the staff is competent and helpful. Last time I was there I was looking for a specific spray lube. The guy behind the counter was looking on the computer for what seemed like a long time. I'm glad I was patient with him because it turns out he was able to find it for me at a different local store and also gave me several websites to buy it for around a dollar cheaper. I was really impressed that even though he knew they didn't have what I needed he still took the time to help me find what I needed.

My husband and I stopped by O'Reilly Auto Parts to pick up a battery for our honda. We needed a little bit of help finding the correct battery for the date of our car. We asked the sales gal to help us find the correct battery on her computer and she acted like it was too much work for her to do. She did not say hello, in fact I don't think she even said two words to us. No smile, no greeting, frowning through the hole transaction. Not friendly at all. Customer service nowadays really sucks
