These guys helped me as an out of stater and treated me like an old friend, can't say enough about the staff here, sorry my Maine truck leaked oil in your driveway but the good news is it didn't leak after that.

So we went to Grafton st because they’re always awesome and really good guys but it was 5:30 and they didn’t have a replacement rotor that we bought damaged. They sent us to grove because they had it in stock and it should have been an easy swap for one that didn’t have damage. The chick there literally spent the whole time complaining and accusing US of damaging it saying that it was oBvIoUsLy damaged OUT of the box when there were literal cuts in the box in the exact spots that the rotor was dented. Almost as if it was dropped at the store coming off a truck. What a cynical employee to accuse people of damaging stuff they bought literally 10 minutes prior....

I went to the O’Reilly’s on Grove Street yesterday morning at 8AM. I went in and told the guy I had snapped my windshield blade the night before and needed new ones. I asked if he could put them on for me. He told me he could not do it, in case another customer came in. I was literally parked right outside the door. I said, if someone comes in while you’re doing it, I can wait while you assist them. He said”I can’t do that”. I went to Auto Zone and they were more than happy to help me. I will not go back to O’Reilly’s.

Went to get a bulb for my Hyundai that's located in an impossible spot to get to. Purchased the bulb and one of the staff there generously and patiently help me to install it. This place is great. Service, above and beyond.

Nice staff some parts are harder than others. Rotors I had problems with because they were shipped to O'Reilly but got held up on the harbor....ship's and the containers are a big mess. But did get them. Like I said very good sales men.

Had to run in during the snow today, kids in tow, because I ripped my wiper blade off AGAIN! Pleasant and helpful. Joking with the kids. Yes he helped me put the blade on in the snow.

My son and I had a good experience obtaining brake parts and a oil pan for his car. They gave us availability times. Allowed us to check with another chain for there parts availability and supplied parts from there stock. They also arranged for pick up at another orieily local store for a part not available at the location.

I asked an employee for a product similar to liquid rubber that hardens when exposed to air. He seemed friendly and eager to help, so I explained my situation and asked for his assistance. He directed me to the right place, but I'm pretty sure there is no such thing as liquid rubber. Instead, he suggested epoxy as the next best alternative. I followed his advice and used the epoxy for my project, which worked perfectly. I want to thank him for his help, and I'm glad I found what I needed.

Needed a right front wiper blade that no one seemed to have. Finally, went to an O'Reilly Auto Parts store. They searched an searched throughout the store and could not find one for me, even though inventory showed 2. They called the next closest store and found one. I purchased the one from their other store and the person waiting on me put it on the car. Thank you to O'Reilly's again for helping me. You guys are the best!

Should’ve gone to auto one. They’re never helpful when I do go so I guess being closed early by surprise is as close to normal as this place gets. Never helpful weird stuff happening with m shocked it’s still open.

I needed a new windshield wiper for passenger side. Asst Manager Kenny informed me there was a special happening and I was able to get both wipers and he even installed them for me! As a very senior citizen I really, really appreciated his helpfulness and assistance! If you need parts or service it’s the place to go! 315 Gruve Street in Worcester! And it is almost across the street from. Dunkin’s besides!

My dude Kenny is nice with it. Definitely go see him if you have an issue in need of fixing. I needed coolant and he knew just the right one to recommend me. Also went above and beyond and let me use his hand sanitizer. Great staff working there.

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER, untrained employees and unprofessional, unethical Manager, wasted my time and money I clearly asked the associate name T Shawn over the phone that do you price match with Autozone and gave him the product details and he said as long the product is at Autozone website they can do the cross product price match , I asked again to double check before I drive 30 min. When I get their he and his Manager said cant do and the Manager named Tammy was unwilling to help although her associate admitted his mistake that he did say they do Tammy also looked frustrated while taking to ne and said she has other customer although there were no customer except me , I will never ever go to O'Reilly again ...... Update.... I called their home office and they made district manager called me , he apologized and mentioned this could have been taken cared by the store manager differently and resolved

Went to this location because of a check engine light. Roger, the associate who helped us, was quick to assist my daughter with the issue with her car. He then was able to order the part, and 2 hours later, the part was at the store, and I was able to install it. The customer service was spot on, and it was a perfect interaction.

Atendent spent 5-10min on theit phone talking and ignoring me while I was waiting to look for a part. Very nice guy but wasted a ton of time. I was in a semi rush but was chill because I thought they had it in stock based on the website. Turns out they didn't but had it at a different location. Once known they ordered it for me at the other location to pick up but still dragged their foot and meandered leading me to not be able to pick it up before they close...

Very upset. Has not even been 3 weeks but the new battery I bought for my Honda is faulty. Even when only off for a few hours my car will not have power to turn on. I no joke pop the hood, wiggle the battery and my car turns on, nothing else. How am I not supposed to think it’s the battery, I even have this on film. Unless they can test this which they can’t, O’reilly’s has a zero return on installed batteries. Now I am out $100+ on another battery because I have to replace the faulty one. This is so disappointing as I always choose o’Reilly over the competitors but this is likely to change.
