Jarrod is a great service advisor. He returned text's in a timely manner and explained everything that needed to be fixed on my car. Rachel did an excellent job answering any questions I had when I had to call. Natalia did an excellent job getting me a rental car which met my needs. The return of the rental car was also easy, and very fast. All in all, it was a very easy, fast, and excellent service visit.

My experience was good. There was no wait time between my arrival and service. I had questions for Randy and he was very helpful in his responses. He texted me right away with his number during my service visit to keep aware of what was going on. The work was completed before the anticipated time, and I was on my way! I appreciate the team and will continue to bring my car there for service. Thanks!

My engine light was on. They were booked solid. They made a way to squeeze me in due to my concern for driving the vehicle with the engine light on. I was allowed to bring my truck in the same day at 11 AM. They gave me a loaner car so I could get back to work. The repair was completed and my truck was available for pick up that afternoon. I really appreciated being treated as a priority. This is a great dealer, I highly recommend doing business with them.

Do not go to this repair shop. My mom has had her Kia for a couple of years now, And whenever it breaks down or has a problem, she always takes it to this location and for some reason every single time she takes it it seems like her vehicle gets worse every single time she takes it in. She has gone into this repair shop now three times in 2 weeks this month because her check engine light came on And every single time she ask, what’s going on they give her a lame excuse on What’s wrong with her car when in reality she needs a new engine. She has a warranty on her vehicle for a free engine, but honestly, I think what’s going on is they are purposely making excuses so that she doesn’t get her free engine and her warranty runs out. This is wrong and all the people that work there know what they are doing is wrong. One thing is for sure is that if we ever get another Kia, we will never come down to the shop ever again. And honestly, if you are thinking about buying a vehicle from the shop, please be careful because if they are willing to do this to a customer of 5+ years, Then they are not afraid to do it to new customers who are looking at there Vehicles.

What an amazing experience! My family was passing through on vacation and we had an issue with our car. We stopped by the service center and Mike worked us in and fixed our car in just a few minutes. What amazing customer service and just overall kindness. Thank you to Mike and Oats Kia!!!

We just bought a 2020 Telluride from here. The process was simple and fast. We were offered water and popcorn the second we walked in. We had to wait because we were a walk in instead of an appointment and our wait time was maybe 5 minutes. We met with Alec and he was amazing! We got there at closing time and weren’t able to complete the deal but we left in our new car and the next day Alec was on the phone getting the trade in and all the paperwork completed so all we had to do was walk in and sign. The whole deal took less than an hour! Highly recommend! Will definitely be back when we’re in the market for a car again

I purchased my 18’ Chevy 2500 Duramax from them roughly a year and a half ago. Complimentary oil changes were included for two years. I’ve consistently returned for every oil change. Everything is so easy. Scheduling is a breeze, rarely ever have to wait longer than 24hrs to get the truck in. They text me throughout the service/day keeping me updated on everything. I drop it off in the morning, they let me know when it’s done. I swing back in, get my detailed vehicle inspection report, greeted with plenty of smiles and great attitudes and off I go! I’ve been extremely impressed with everything. Especially considering this is a FREE service. Typically you won’t get the best service because you aren’t actually spending any money. Can’t recommend this place enough! 10 out of 5 stars!!

I've taken my fairly new low-mileage Kia Forte to Oakes only 2 times so far with last week being the most recent. I had a very good experience. The service manager I spoke to didn't make me wait a long time. He checked me in very fast. The wait for the work to be done on my car was reasonable. The internet access in the lounge was great as I was able to work from there without any issues. They didn't recommend any unnecessary work and the price for what I had done was fair - actually when I used a coupon, it was very reasonable. I asked if they would work on my Nissan (which actually has several issues that needs to be addressed) and he said they can work on anything! That will be the telling story as to how things go with it since it is older and many more miles. But so far, they are my favorite dealer service department to deal with. I'll be back !

Overall our salesperson (Karen) didn't seem as concerned with understanding and meeting our needs for a new vehicle. She dismissed what we told her and brought us a vehicle to test drive that didn't meet any of the criteria we first specified. She seemed eager to just get a car sold and for the highest price, very much seemed to be commission-driven sales approach. Also, just didn't feel the overall experience at the dealership was comfortable or that they had our best at heart. Overall not a positive experience and would not recommend this dealership to anyone else or buy another car from there again.

I've been dealing with this particular Kia dealership for six or seven years as it has changed names in the meantime, we've never had any issues with any of the workers at Oaks Kia, as I would let you know if there have been any issues. I think the survey is completely unfair to put on the backs of all of your employees and your customers!! I prefer not to take them every single time I have something done at the dealership. Actually at this point I prefer not to take them at all, and it is starting to make me want to look for another dealership to deal with. The one star is not because of the employees that work on my cards because of this survey that we get asked to take every single time, y'all blow my phone up trying to get me to take this survey. I've gotta one phone call and three emails in the last 3 days since I've had my car in the shop at the dealership for a new tire. 😕 Stop the surveys... Give your customers and employees a break already! Have a great day!!! 5 stars for the guys and gals in the. service center that work on our cars!!

Schedule an oil change for Saturday morning and then next day got an text saying they over book and I need to call and reschedule. I called and got a robot, the robot asked if I wanted a call back and if so leave a message. Left a message to have them call me back because I didn't want to text about my appointment. I get a text still and the I had to wait long intervals for a response back.. hey, told me they can get me in monday during the times I work and I pointed out this is why I picked saturday at 730am. The person came back and said, sorry that they're completely booked that day. I can't help me. Update. Hour later after posting my review, service director Jeff said he would like to help solve the issues and to call the number that I call earlier in the day and got the robot and was force to leave a voice mail. If someone was true trying to fix an issue there is a better way of doing it then having me call the number I had tried earlier in the day.. but I like the attempt to make it look good..

We decided to go back to Oakes Kia after everything went great while purchasing my husband's truck last year. But we are pretty disappointed this time around. While we are happy that they were able to wiggle around on the loan terms and help us get a better rate/payment, we are not happy with the condition of the vehicle. We were told that they had done a 165-point inspection of the vehicle, but just two days after our purchase, we heard squealing in the front and realized that the rotors had grooves in them front brake pads needed replaced. We called the dealership and they had us bring it in and said indeed they needed changed. They kept the vehicle, and after I picked it up the next day, my husband came home and noticed they resurfaced the rotors but put the old pads back on. We called again and this time they came and got the vehicle themselves as we were unable to bring it back, and this time they had replaced both. While we appreciate the service manager taking care of this issue as quickly as possible, that should have been caught in the inspection and taken care of before the vehicle was sold. This is day 6, and we have since noticed that the back brake pads are also bad (we should have looked closer when they were dealing with the front brakes, I know), but there are also transmission issues he is noticing the more we drive it, that we didn't feel in the short test drive. Less than a week after purchasing the vehicle and we already have to take it to the shop to repair/replace the transmission. I called the dealership to verify the extended warranty information and when mentioning the transmission issues when he asked what was going on with it, I received the response, "Oh, ok." I understand that they cannot find all internal issues on transmissions/engines, etc., but one would think that a better look at the vehicles would be done to ensure you are selling something that will last more than 6 days without major repairs, especially with the price tag.

We brought a used car purchased from Oaks Kia to get some basic warranty work done and it took four weeks. In that time there was very little communication or follow up. We were never given a straight answer about when our car would be worked on or what the current status was. We were very disappointed in their communication and follow through.

Buying cars online wasn’t easy but with Oakes Kia they made it possible. Special tanks to Patrick, Christian, and Keith. Shipping was fast and easy! I am pleased with my purchased Kia carnival. If I will ever need a car again I would probably buy from them again! Thank you so much!

I'm glad others have had great experiences with North Oakes Kia, but I'm officially done with them. I bought my car two years ago and, while the car itself has been reliable, the buying experience was one of the worst I've ever had—and not a day goes by that I don't regret not walking away. The warning signs were all there: the stonewalling, the lowball trade-in offer, and high financing—even though we had stellar credit. We ended up funding the purchase right before our bank came through with a much better interest rate. And the horn? It hasn’t worked in over a year—yet it keeps passing their “excellent” safety checks every time it’s in for service. When I finally decided to schedule a specific repair visit for the horn, I told the service adviser I couldn’t stay all day due to an out-of-town trip. I asked if they could order the part ahead of time so I could come back the following week. He agreed and said to text him the day before I wanted to come in. Then today, I was informed they were booked out until August 13th—so I get to drive two more weeks without a working horn (a basic safety feature). As a “favor,” they said they could squeeze me in on August 6th, but only if I drop the car off with no guarantee of when they’d get to it. If I didn’t already owe them for the diagnostic work, I’d be taking my car to a shop that treats customers with respect. At this point, if something happens while I’m on the road, at least I’ll have a digital trail showing I tried to get it fixed. Sheesh.

First all I want to thank the team for reaching out to me and taking care of me and getting me into the new vehicle that is much needed for me and my family and my new job. Before I test drove this vehicle to this point have never seen a Hyundai Tucson up close or interior. It's fully loaded heated seats navigation system the whole nine but it's a dependable car and I love it look forward to doing more business in the future!

DASHON ADAMS IS THE MAN!!!! Dashon will educate you and guide you along the way. We felt very comfortable askkng him questions and he even took the time to let us test drive 4 different options. It was a great experience and me and the wife are very happy with our new 2023 blazer with only 20k miles. Thank you Oakes

After having purchased multiple vehicles from Oakes including my Isuzu when it was an Isuzu dealership, the service department has absolutely ruined the experience for me. From loud fighting between staff in front of customers. Waiting. Zero communication when you need it only meet Elise AI. Fixing the wrong part and not testing to see if the issue was corrected and I had the bring the car BACK using valuable PTO time. Performing the wrong inspection (emissions vs renewal multipoint) Constant delays simply for folding mirrors. I’m now carless all weekend when I made explicitly clear I needed my vehicle this weekend. We will be servicing elsewhere in the future and my 2027 Seltos I plan on purchasing I will purchase elsewhere. Very disappointing as this has been our go to for many years. The quality has plummeted since Patrick left. Go elsewhere for all your service needs.
