FYI this is NOT OPEN 24 HOURS like the listing says. Maybe the pumps are but we tried to stop at 3:30am while on a road trip and weren’t let in. The gas was also .50 more than across the street but we came here because of the hours but still weren’t able to go in, use the restroom, and grab some breakfast.

Good shade cover and the squeegee bucket had fresh water in it, could use a window cleaning solution or some soap to help wipe off the massive Florida insect guts and tree sap.

Not a good stop. Wanted us to leave a credit card then go fill up then come back amd pay. Never leave your card. Bathroom was disgusting and very hard to get out once your on. Not recommended for RV or trailers.

The new store is very nice, however there are no price tags on many items in the store, including expensive items. It is important to know how much things cost before you purchase them, I don’t want to bring the items to the counter and be surprised by what I am paying, I want to know first hand so I can plan accordingly. Having individual price tags on items really helps, and I hope the store management can fix this.

My son went into the store this morning to purchase a bag of hot fries chips that was priced for $2.69. He ended up coming to the car because the $4 wasn’t enough to pay for these chips.. They are over pricing the items!! Scamming at its finest!! When confronting the cashier about it, she acted as if she didn’t know what was going on.. I definitely took further actions with this. It’s 2.69 on the bag but when they scan the item it came up to $4.61… I’m not the smartest but that’s a lot of taxes!!!!

Beware card skimmers on the pumps. Was just there trying to fuel up using a card and the pump kept shutting off after $2 no matter which card I used. Left the gas station and immediately got a notification from my bank that they blocked the chevron and it had to tried to charge over $200 worth of fuel. Cashiers are nice.

Needed gas and got it there. Very dirty bathrooms. There is nothing false in this review at all. Perhaps you should have just apologized for the awful conditions in your store and clean it up. There was urine all over the floor and it stank because it has been there a LONG time without being properly cleaned. The poor conditions of this store, combined with the poor owner response should be reason to never go here. 1 star is too much, but can't do zero!

Traveling back to Georgia from a trip to South Florida, I stopped at this location to fill up around 6:30(ish) am on Sunday morning. As soon as I got on 75N my car (2020 Telluride EX) began to shake and immediately "shut down". As I was waiting for roadside assistance to show up, a Hero employee pulled up to see if he could assist me. When I started to tell him he immediately knew what had happened and where I had gotten gas from!! He stated that I was the 5th person since he started his shift at 7 am. I ended up having to have my car towed to the nearest dealership(in which the service area was closed because it was Sunday). I am very thankful for the employees at Jenkins Kia, they gave me a ride to the Gainesville Airport so that I could rent a car to get back to Georgia. After renting a car, I went back to the station to get the full address and the owners information. I spoke with Nisha who took my information and gave me a phone number (My husband has called, but no one is answering) telling me to contact her when I get estimates. BTW, they had put pink post it notes on all the pumps saying they were out of order. The dealership called today to tell us that they found bad gas (it was orange) and that they will give us a call back with the estimates 😔

They make up their prices for products. I was charged 12.89 for a item that was 3.95. I had to come to get a refund. When there the clerk tried to pretend he gave me a refund by running a refund as cash and then telling me it's on my card. When I explained to him that he has never seen my card and would not be able to return money to said card. I literally recorded it. Lol want me to post it? You tried multiple times to do a refund on card. When I paid cash. The sign clearly stated the promotion price and even with out the promotional price you charge more then any other station. I've kept the proof of purchase with cost and have reported you to both the company and attorney Generals office.

Terrible Experience – Unsafe and Unprofessional – Avoid This Chevron! On Thursday, May 29 around 2 PM, I stopped at this Chevron gas station while driving back from Florida to Georgia. I went inside to buy a phone charger while my car was at a quarter tank. After the purchase, I began filling up my car and immediately noticed that the pump was extremely slow. There was no option to adjust the speed, unlike most modern pumps. I waited by my car for nearly 15 minutes, checking the time and watching the pump barely move. Then I began to smell gas. Concerned, I removed the nozzle and checked under the car — gas was leaking onto the ground. It was clear something was wrong with the pump or the hose. I went inside to inform the cashier, expecting at least some help or acknowledgment. Instead, I was met with a careless, lazy attitude. She told me it was my fault for not “monitoring the car every second.” I tried to explain that something was clearly wrong with the pump and that she should be aware of it, but she dismissed me and told me to “call the cops” if I had a problem. I did call the police. They were kind and professional, but explained that all I could do was report this to Chevron Corporate and leave a public review. I later looked online and found many similar complaints about this station — so clearly, this is a recurring issue. Do not stop at this station. It’s unsafe, the staff is unhelpful, and it feels like a scam. Chevron needs to take action immediately.

Dirty place. The gas pump overflowed and splilled gas everywhere. We stopped here at 6:10 pm on December 27, 2025, and used pump #5. All the trash cans were overflowing outside and inside this place. See attached photos for the dirty place. There were multiple employees standing behind the counter doing nothing. They don't need that many people to check out. One of those employees should have been cleaning this nasty place up.
