Been taking my car to Valvoline for years because it was the closest place. They'd have 2 hour wait times, long lines and incessant upsales. Found Oili on IG while doom scrolling one night and holy cow, I hope they stay in business FOREVER! They communicated clearly once I booked my appointment through their user friendly app, they showed up on time, with the correct products and didn't try to upsell me. Just like the contractor always has issues with their house, or the landscaper has an over grown yard, I help build vehicles for wounded vets and have been neglecting my personal vehicle with its oil change. When I saw the cost of Oili, then compared it to me having to go buy the synthetic oil and filter for my truck, come home do the change, then recycle the oil, the time and cost involved with that, using Oili was a no brainer. They came right to my shop and knocked out the oil change in about 15 minutes, but that literally saved me over an hour of time and that time saved, let me finish a project for a catastrophically wounded vet. had such a great experience with Oili and wanted to leave a well-deserved review! I asked ahead of time if they could text instead of knocking because someone in the house was sleeping after a night shift, and they were incredibly respectful of that request. They messaged when they arrived, asked if I had any questions before getting started, and walked me through everything clearly. The oil change itself was quick, efficient, and very reasonably priced. After they finished, they took the time to answer a few more questions in such a friendly, easygoing way. And the little surprise they left in my truck absolutely made my day — a thank-you card, a great-smelling air freshener, a baggie of treats, and even a coupon. Such a thoughtful touch! Highly recommend Oili for anyone wanting convenience, great service, and genuinely kind techs.

I own a 2020 Ford F250 Diesel pickup. I dread taking it to the dealership for an oil change because of the cost and inconvenience. Option 1- Drop it off and wait 2-3 hours or uber home and back 5 hours later and go without a car all day. The days of courtesy shuttles are gone. So I pay 199.95 plus tax and a round trip uber ride or sit in a waiting room at the dealership watching Dr. Phil re-runs for several hours. Option 2 is take it to a quicky lube storefront, sit in line w your car and then deal with the onslaught of up sell pitches. NO Thanks! Today I tried Oili mobil service. Bottom line- Absolutely Outstanding. Smartly dressed, professional techs showed up in a mini van 10 mins early. They parked my truck in the street, and both techs went to work. Better service than a dealership or quicky lube store front I can tell you that. Get this, $132.99 w tax incl. and 15 mins after starting they were done ✅. I got the same 15 point inspection, fluids topped off, tires aired up and they actually found a nail, which I already was aware of, but it shows they are doing the steps and not just rubber stamping. They also left a cool “thank you for your service” gift. So i saved over $70, didn't leave my house, better oil change w full synthetic, it only took 15 minutes and I got a thank you gift?! That my friends is a level of service and professionalism few can match. I will be back and I support local small businesses. Great job Oili, you’ve earned my business

Incredible experience. All in cost me 77$ (had a $25 first time user discount). I booked it on the app seamlessly. I actually ran into an issue with my coupon where it didn’t work. I texted the support line and had it fixed within a couple minutes. I left the keys in the car, popped the garage open, went to the gym with my other car. Totally forgot about the appointment but the technician read the notes and completed the job without ever bothering me. Once it was completed they sent me a text with a breakdown of what they did and sent a video. A synthetic oil change cost 120$ at any same day place and lowest you’ll find is like 70-80ish. I don’t understand how everyone doesn’t use this service. When you need an oil change, book on the app… i work from home but you could probably order it while you’re working. Have oil change by the time you clock out. This service is a no brainer.

Love them! This will be my go-to oil change service for all my cars. Techs arrived on time. They got my car done in about 20 min; meanwhile I spent the morning watching “The Grinch” with my kids, enjoying my morning coffee on the couch. I cannot recommend Oili enough! What an absolute game changer. For just $99, they came straight to my house and did a full synthetic oil and filter change, topped off washer, brake, and radiator fluids, checked and filled my tire pressure (even checked the threading!), reset my lights, and left the cutest little reminder sticker for my next oil change. All included, no hidden fees. The customer experience was honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. They were super friendly, right on time (huge plus!), and it was so easy to communicate with them through their app. My daughter actually downloaded it for me, and booking was a breeze. They were also incredibly responsive, which gave me so much peace of mind. I first noticed Oili when I saw their bright pink van near Chaparral High School and then again on the baseball field fence. It definitely stood out and made me curious enough to look them up. I’m so glad I did because I was long overdue for an oil change, and when I saw their pricing, I couldn’t believe it. I usually spend around $160 at the shop, PLUS extra charges for the filter and fluid top-offs. This was such a breath of fresh air, especially with how expensive everything else has gotten. I am beyond impressed with Oili! This company is truly a game-changer. I had both my Mercedes and my Escalade serviced in under an hour — something that would’ve easily taken me over 2 hours minimum at each dealership. We had our first oil change experience today and it was a truly amazing service from the start. First theres the Downloadable app to track your vehicle & history & schedule appointments… they showed up timely wearing and having impressive gear & equipment, to make a flawless oil exchange, no mess left behind. We placed our vehicles on their signature auto pilot, so we dont even need to think about when were due for our next service (this is extremely important as we have fleet vehicles for business). They also, to our surprise, service classic vehicles in which they came fully prepared for, so we had our 68’ El Camino serviced also. Then.. if thats not all…. We get in our truck and find surprises! Cute air freshener, a cute sticker for a back up reminder, and some yummy candy with coupons and some trusted local business associates cards for just in case we need different types of repairs to the cars.
