Service #400017 Was greeted by service person and was told he would honor a $15.00 coupon. Turned service over to another service person that charged me $151.00 for the oil change. Full-service price and did not honor the $15.00 coupon. Didn't discover the charge until I arrived home. Contacted the company twice by email but after 7 days have not received a response. Poor customer service. I will not use this company anymore. There are other companies that do oil changes and respond to customer concerns.

!!!!!!DANGER DANGER!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!! my oil drain plug fell off of my car one week after my oil change. could have totaled my car and extremely dangerous!!! they stripped my oil drain plug and i had to pay over $600 to have it repaired. an overpriced $110 oil service turned into weeks of headaches and a bill of $600+.

Very friendly staff. Told me each step they were doing. Worked efficiently to change my oil. Though they are required to upsell their products, they were not pushy about it at all. As soon as I got there they asked if I would like a beverage. The cold water was much appreciated. Thank you.

Paid for a standard oil change and they wouldn’t put any standard oil in my car because I brought my own oil, I paid for up to 5 quarts of oil and received 0 quarts. They wanted to charge me an additional $16 dollars for two quarts of oil I paid for already because I purchased an oil change and their reasoning was it’s because I brought my own oil didn’t make sense. I told the guy it didn’t make sense and he said they should be charging me extra because I brought my own oil. I will never be returning to oil stop again after this shenanigans.

I had such a relaing time getting my oil changed yesterday at Oilstop on Guerneville rd in Santa Rosa. The boys were offering me refreshments, showing me every part of the car they needed to replace - air filter, etc. and asked me first if I wanted it done. They explained everything they recommended be changed out and didnt pressure me to buy anything. I will definetely go back.
