I've had really good service up until the past 2 months. I was charged for something to be tire gauge on my vehicle, however the tire pressure light is still back on...been to the place 3 times since the intial fix & get told nothings wrong with the vehicle...so basically $87 for what exactly??? I still don't know🙄🤷🏾♀️💯

Unfortunately, I had my tires replaced here. Shortly after, a ball joint fell out while I was going on interstate and I lost control of my vehicle. It was a very scary incident and cause a lot of damage to my car and mental health. Driving is terrifying for me now. They claim they are not at fault. Please bring your car someone else.

Worst costumer service ever. I had new tires and rims put on my pickup. After driving it a couple days I noticed it was shaking and clunking. Brought it back and they said the tire was lopsided and needed to order a new one. They ordered the new tire and it’s been at their shop for about 4 days and due to the new snowfall they say they are too busy to fit me in to change out the lopsided tire they put on. So I am having to drive my new vehicle that is shaking and clunking. Horrible customer service, I think that if they put on a bad tire they should make the effort to correct their mistake and get the vehicle in ASAP to correct their mistake.

I called OK tire and spoke to Kyle after going twice to Sam’s Club regarding a nail in my tire that they said they could not fix because it was too close to the shoulder of the tire. Sam’s Club wanted to replace all four tires. OK tire fixed my Tire with a patch on the inside and also checked the wire on all my tires and said I did not need a rotation done. It cost $35. I’m a very happy customer!

My experience yesterday was no different, Cedric helped me get a set of tires and I was blown away by his phenomenal customer service. Brought my truck in for a power steering fluid leak they replaced my high pressure line after it was already a new line. Then when they gave me my truck back I still had a power steering whining noise and I lost steering for a while because they didn’t bleed the system of air properly. Then when I call them and ask them they’re like it’s not our problem is was a belt noise. I’m never coming back to this place and no one should trust them to do anything right.

They got me in with less than 24 hour notice and did a great job replacing my tires. The total ended up being slightly less than quoted due to manufacturers rebate. They were very kind and have a comfortable waiting area. I was in and out in 40min with 4 new tires. They also offer a free tire rotation every 5,000 miles and pro rated road hazard warranty. I’ve been here multiple times and always have a great experience, will definitely be back for my next set of tires.

Had a camper tire blowout on the highway. An employee from OK Tire was driving by and stopped to help and to make sure everyone was okay. He gave me directions to the tire shop where they replaced my tire and built me a second spare in about an hour. Made sure we got back in the road fast. Would highly recommend.

Visited the shop to get my tires mounted, balanced, and 2 studs replaced. We left the shop just to realize a fresh new dent in the front bumper. Was never told about the damage before I left the shop. 0 respect for the customer! Not the first time damage has occurred at an OK tire store. Will not be coming back.

I needed a new Z rated tire for my Firebird asap as I had found a screw in my tire. I called OK tire on main ave & spoke to Jordan. He was very kind and professional and was able to get my car in right away. I had a new tire and was back on the road within 30 minutes of arriving! Two years later - Now 11/18/22 - A new service has been created. I recently used the OK Tire Mobile Van Service to swap out tires on my truck for winter ones. Lucky, the Mobile Van Technician, came to my driveway at my home, in the snow and wind, and got the swap done quickly and efficiently. This service is worth every penny - no driving to the shop or waiting in the lobby for the work to be done! Also, Lucky was incredibly professional and personable. I will 100% use this service again and recommend it to my family and friends when they have tire needs. Thank you, OK Tire Mobile Van Service! 2020 - Carl, Greg, and the crew did a great job on my new tires. They quoted me a really good price even though my tires were special order. They got everything on there without any dings or marks. I had the GTR up to speed today and everything is balanced perfect. You can trust them with any large wheels and tires. Was my go-to shop for years for tires and oil changes. After my last service appointment, I noticed an occasional rattle under the truck when going over large bumps. I found the rear two bolts for the skid plate were the issue. One was completely missing and the other was busted off. The front 4 larger bolts were still holding the skid plate on, but the two smaller rear bolts were not holding that rear side which was causing the noise as it rattled against the frame on road bumps. They removed those bolts and skid plate for the oil change each time the truck was in for service. I ordered in new bolts, drilled and tapped and fixed it myself. I took pictures and emailed to the store manager asking for a small credit on my account for the bolts and tap and never received a response. Things happen, but I wish the tech wouldn’t have sent it out the door that way after the last oil change. The two rear bolts are much smaller and I’m guessing they broke and stripped them with the impact gun. Further disappointment that they didn’t respond to my email with the pictures. This is a truck that I had serviced there since I bought it brand new.

Not even remotely close to OK tire- more like pretty awful tire I went to OK Tire on multiple occasions trying to resolve what should have been a simple issue, and unfortunately each visit made the situation worse. My first visit was to have a tire leak checked and patched. OK Tire refused to patch the tire due to liability concerns and instead installed my spare tire. At that time, my lug nuts were not seized, swollen, or damaged. After that visit, I patched the tire myself. The tire held air properly and the TPMS consistently read normal pressure while driving. When I later went to remove the spare and reinstall my repaired tire, I discovered that multiple lug nuts had been over-torqued and damaged, to the point that they were seized. Because OK Tire was the last shop to remove and install the wheel, I returned and explained that the lug nuts had been over-torqued during their service. During that second visit, I specifically requested that any over-torqued, seized, or swollen lug nuts be replaced, since OK Tire was the shop that originally removed them when they were not damaged. Despite this, the shop reinstalled the wheel using the same damaged lug nuts. Another professional shop later confirmed that all of the lug nuts were swollen and damaged and that none of them should have been reinstalled on a vehicle. The following day, my tire lost all air and blew out. This failure was not due to the patch, as the tire had been holding pressure normally. Based on the condition of the wheel installation, the failure was most likely caused by the wheel being seated improperly due to unevenly torqued and damaged lug nuts. When lug nuts are not torqued evenly, the wheel does not sit flush on the hub, which can allow movement under load and cause the tire bead to unseat, resulting in rapid air loss. When I attempted to change the tire on the side of the road, I was completely unable to remove the wheel because of the seized lug nuts. My factory spare tire tools would not fit the damaged lugs. This left me stranded and resulted in a $300 tow. Some of the lug nuts were also loose enough that they could be loosened by hand. I want to be clear that I did not want to leave a negative review. I am not someone who writes angry car reviews. Initially, I was only seeking reimbursement for the towing cost, because if the lug nuts had been replaced as requested, I would have been able to install my spare and avoid the tow entirely. The store manager, Doug, told me he would review the situation and call me back. I gave him over a week to follow up and never received a response. At this point, after multiple visits, a breakdown, and no communication, I am seeking full accountability for the situation. The most concerning part of this experience is the safety issue. I was sent back out on the road with known damaged lug nuts and was never warned that I would be unable to remove my wheel in an emergency. I gave OK Tire every reasonable opportunity to address this directly. Unfortunately, the lack of communication, failure to replace known unsafe components, and the resulting breakdown make this an extremely disappointing and unsafe experience. I cannot recommend this location.

These guys are awesome, I went in thinking I had tire balance problem. , they balanced the right front. Drove it on highway , still vibrating, I took it right back. They found that a piece of foam that some tires have inside for noise control broke loose and was causing balance problem. They took the foam out, drives smooth as silk. Could not recommended enough, went extra mile to get it corrected. Who ever was working sat march deserves a raise. Will be bringing any future business there.
