One of the best mechanic shops on the east coast. If you got 1 diesal truck or a fleet and got troubles, I would definitely recommend olens place for superb service, excellent work and mechanics that have decade's of knowledge.(5star)

These people know what they are doing. I was in a time crunch and needed my vehicle back by a deadline. Mr. Hensley made sure to get it done on time and had to fight with Ford to get the right parts. They called me back in a timely manner when I called with questions. They were nice and professional. That's pretty much all you can ask for as far as I'm concerned.

My fiancé wrecked his box truck down in NC a cpl months ago. We live in Indiana & we weren’t able to get back down to get it until last week. We ended up needing a few things taken care of in order to drive it back. Our towing company recommended Olen Hensley. When we arrived I could tell they were busy & had a full schedule already. Knowing that we needed to get back to Indiana, they immediately put us in a bay & worked on our truck. They didn’t have to make these accommodations but they did & we appreciate it!! The work was done effectively & efficiently & not overpriced! Thank you!

These folks are nice, the shop is clean, and it seems to be professionally managed. In my case they did not stand behind their work. I brought my Winnebago motorhome in for them to replace a rear main seal. The work was done in a timely manner and was reasonably priced. It still leaks from the same area. They said bring it back. I took it back and they verified that it was still leaking but said it may or may not be from the replaced seal. They told me to take it somewhere else they didn't want to work on it anymore. I feel like they should have at least went back in and verified that the leak was from something else and more repair is needed. I would have gladly paid for extra repairs.

Amazing service and quality of work. I spent a day and a half looking for a shop to repair our RV's mangled exhaust system ( two blown tires or IED? feels the same!) I was directed to Olen Hensley and they came to the rescue. Everyone from the front desk to the owner Keith were smart and professional. We had a box truck his roll door cable broke off and we couldn't open the door. Called here on Friday morning, Naomi picked up and told us to come right in. Driver came in and they got em diagnosed and fixed within an hour, and completely fair and reasonable on price. We will be back for more service with our fleet to Olen Hensley! You will not regret it, come here if need of service. Nice people on top of eveyrthing.
