I was traveling from Wyoming to Ohio when my car began to shake over 60mph. I called around to various places and got the run-around from most. Thankfully I found Omaha Car Care and they were able to fit me in first thing this morning! Not only were they incredibly helpful but I have never felt so cared for at a mechanics before. All the employees I interacted with were incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I am so grateful to have them help me in a timely manner and making me feel valued. 10/10 would recommend highly!

I can't say enough nice things about this shop. If you want a mechanic that won't over charge you, will fix it fast, is courteous, reliable and will greet you by name when you return - Omaha Car Care is the best. They've been keeping my cars running for 15 years, give my kids toys to keep them entertained and have never disappointed. I can offer no higher recommendation. Great people and mechanics.

131st and Dodge St Omaha Car Care has worked on my SUV a number of times for varying issues related to my suspension, exhaust, rack and pinion and more. Ed and Mike have gone out of their way to work with me to fit my needs. They have located the best prices for parts and worked around my schedule to fit me in for my repairs. Also, they have provided a loaner car each time so I don't miss my work obligations. These guys know what they are doing and they are excellent at communication. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

OMG! This is my new favorite place for all of my car care needs! I had been going to a dealership for service but wanted a unbiased answer. The first time I went to Omaha Car Care I was told very honestly that the brand and model was not a very good car and that it would only cost more and more money. I knew I was needing a new car so I asked what type of vehicle did they recommend. They gave me a suggestion and I went the next day to buy one. I have been happy with it ever since. I appreciated their honesty. I took my new car in for an oil change today and told them that they will now be my go-to place for car needs because of their honesty and great customer service. Again, they provided me with great customer service. Did the oil change in the time frame the told me. They made me feel like a valued customer. I will never go back to a dealership again. Thanks Omaha Car Care!!!

Overall my experience with Omaha Car Care was poor. I had my car towed to them after having issues with the vehicle stalling at idle. I spoke with a couple of gentlemen at Omaha Car Care who had inspected my car and still were not 100% sure they knew what the issue was. However they wanted to "start off" by replacing my spark plugs, coils, and cleaning the MASS sensor. Total cost would be $1,170.00. After letting them know I cannot afford $1,170 for a "maybe" fix to my car, I took it to another shop. This shop told me it was my intake timing valve and that they would not be able to replace it there. So I finally took it to the dealership where my car was purchased and they also diagnosed the issue as the intake timing valve, and I spent just over $200. So now I was told by two other shops that the issue was the intake timing valve, but OCC wanted to charge me $1,170 for something they "thought" would fix my vehicle and had nothing to do with the intake timing valve replacement. This makes me sick that someone could pay that much money & still not have their vehicle fixed. I'm glad I was able to get a second and a third opinion and ended up paying significantly less. My car is running great now. I cannot give a recommendation for this business after this experience as I truly question their integrity.

I recently had my car in for sensor/computer issues. There was a unforeseen problem from fixing the sensor that resulted in my vehicle being inoperable. Ed was great to work with and helped get the part I needed in ASAP and get me back on the road. The staff provided fantastic service and communication. I am all about the customer experience anywhere I go. If it is bad- no bueno-won't be back, so- so, I will go back cause the place has what I want or need. However,if my experience is great, I am loyal and true😁. Omaha Car Care on 131st and Dodge is fantastic. Everyone there is beyond awesome. They know what they are doing(at least I feel like they know what they are doing)lol. I won't take more time to tell my whole nightmare automobile story, but I called to ask them how much would be the charge on my Fiat electrical problem. I was asked a few questions told him what car was doing etc. He told me to bring it in and he would take a look. I asked the charge for diagnosing and he told me -no charge. Well let me tell you,just that one little gesture made me a loyal customer. While my car was being looked at I was offered a courtesy car overnight. (Once again, I'm sold)🤣 I got my car repaired then got rid of said car and now I take my new one to them for maintenance. (No major issues with my Honda so far) Give this location a try. Prices seem to be good/comparable and fantastic service. Yay!

It doesn't really matter what part of the service industry you're dealing with, what you want is competency, a fair price and great service. Omaha Car Care on Dodge delivers that. They fit me in at fairly short notice, had my brakes fixed promptly and made me feel like my business mattered. And they spared me from any kind of up-selling, which always makes me question the sincerity of a vendor. I will definitely be going back for other services.

Mike was really helpful with all the information I needed, setting up an appointment ~and yes, a FREE rental car to use for the day. Jerry did excellent work on my car that had several major issues, and stayed in constant communication during the day to let me know what was going on with my car. He help me to prioritize what should be fixed now and what I can plan for in the near future. Thank you gentlemen for all your help, my car is much happier and that means so am I!

I travel for work and broke down about a block from the shop late in the day. The team was friendly and fantastic. I was able to get a loaner and the next morning faced a family medical emergency back at home. They were able to juggle things to get me car fixed and back on the road asap. I was very grateful and appreciated. To top it all off the next day they followed up to make sure I got home safely and followed up with genuine concern for my family’s medical emergency. Experience was above and beyond any expectations. I would highly recommend to anyone and wish this level of service was local to me. Thank you again!!

A mouse or squirrel chewed through a fuel injector wires. This was the second time. Each time Omaha Car Care was there to help me and even gave me a loaner so my busy schedule wasn't impacted. Service Advisor was Awesome he even added a fuel injector cleaner for me in my gas tank so I didn't have to worry about spilling it on my truck. The Technician as always did a perfect job he even remembered to put my seat back in place. I have had only wonderful experiences with Omaha Car Care. The fees are within reason, and your a name not just a number they continue to offer exceptional customer service

If I could give them a zero I would. I was driving on the expressway and blew a tire in my double axel trailer. I hobbled off the exit and got to Omaha Car Care. Asked them if they could help me put on the spare tire I had. Just needed a jack and wrench as I have the spare. They said no. It’s a liability for me to do it, so I say “okay, can I pay you guys to do it?” They said no, don’t have time. So the front desk guy sat back down at the desk. So I leave and go to discount tire and they said no problem they will help. It’s clear Omaha Car Care doesn’t actually “care”. I spend thousands and thousands of dollars there between my 2 work trucks and personal vehicle and they can’t spare 15 min to help me put my spare on. Very disappointing.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! My daughter is moving cross country and her AC went out. She's also traveling with her dog. Extreme temps made it almost unbearable. With Omaha being an overnight stop, we were referred to Dodge Rd facility. They worked her in, and fixed her problem all before 11 am (she was needing to decide if she was going to need to stay another night in Omaha). And they didn't scalp her on price. Professional, fast and extremely fair pricing. The Cherry on the Cake? The gave her a list of things her car needs to have serviced prior to winter (great for a young woman on her own). Their mission states: "To build relationships with our clients that show we value their time, their investment and their trust". The referral we got was from an Omaha resident whom Omaha Car Care had built a relationship with that served us passing through with immediate and urgent needs. The biggest kudos however? went above and beyond to communicate with "mom" that everything was fixed and daughter was on her way to new life! Peace of mind is priceless. Thank you!!!
