What ripped offs. My parents came to your auto shop because of language barriers and you guys ripped them off. What a disappointment and how DARE your shop ripped off an elder? Shame shame shame. You people have been warn. Maybe if you're not Hmong this shop will serve you well. If you're Hmong, they take advantage of you.

When I called to ask about them possibly fixing my car, they were upfront about how busy they were at that moment but they were still willing to take a look. When I stated that I didn't think it was drivable, they suggested a towing service that was great. Car got towed to them, and they took care of it. I was able to pick up the car in the same evening! It was getting late but they were kind enough to wait for me to pick it up before leaving for the night. If that isn't great Customer service, then I don't know what is. I would definitely go back there again.

I’ve been going to One Day Auto for over 7 years. They are a Father & Son shop but they are always busy. They may not always answer your calls or be as professional as some would consider, but they are very nice and friendly people. They’ve gone above and beyond for me and my cars and they don’t overcharge you either. I highly recommend them for your car needs!

02APR2025 Update: My family has been going here for many years. For basic maintenance they are perfect for. My Honda CRV had a Vtec issue and they failed to fix it. I got tired of sinking money into it and so I sold it after spending $1000 to fix it. I would not recommend them for engine work or other highly complex work. I think someone other than them were working on my car when I visited and so this kind of was a turn-off. —————————end I highly recommend One Day Auto. Toufou is a very honest mechanic and his charges are affordable and reasonable. I arrived there the first time. I talked to Toufou about my issues and he said he will look into it. He called me and updated me. I thought I needed calipers on top of brakes and rotors, but Toufou said I needed to flush my differentials and brake line. Saved me a ton of money not needing to replace my two rear calipers. Other shops would of charged me for the calipers and labor, but Toufou is very honest. Hard to find an honest and hard working mechanic. I will be going there again for all my mechanic jobs.

I've had a great experience with this place. Fast service, fair prices, and knowledgeable mechanics. First time going to this place was for an issue with my exhaust being louder than normal, and they fixed it and priced me at $250 and all in 2 days as well. Car has been driving quietly since. Just brought in another one of my cars, and they called me with a diagnosis and proceeded with the work. Misaligned exhaust and out of place pieces on the underside. I got the car back the same day because it was an easy fix. Charged me $60. Great local shop.
