Sad to say but the end of an era has come now that Johnny is retired. We used to come here for 9 years but poor customer service and employees with tattoos on their face will be the end of our relationship with the shop.

THE BEST AUTO SERVICE EVER! One the most honest businesses out here. They always make things right with my car. I have nothing but great things to say about this place. The staff is great and not to mention Johnny is one of the best!

Great honest and fast service always. One of the few auto places out there where you don't feel like you're being taken advantage of. Good moral people and good honest pricing. EDIT. My experience has been AWFUL! i came here bck in june had my throttle replaced 2 dys later my car was running 10x worse than when I brought it in, i had to pay more money to another mechanic to fix the problem, prior to that I came to get my Ac fixed 6/24 to be exact & on 8/4 100 degree day omw home my a/c goes out I paid $258 bucks I came here mon they ask me to come bck wed & promised my car would be worked on immediately it's 10am I've been here since 8am & now they tell me that he just start working on my car & that he needs another 1hr & a half i drove all the way from orange county, I will never come here again they are crooks! Don't bring ypur vechile here!!!

My faith in One Stop has been restored. After telling them my grievances they both apologized. The lunch break gentlemen were no longer with them. I hate to see people lose their jobs, but apparently I was not the only one to have had that happen to. Anyways Mariaelena and Danny apologized and have gained my confidence. I have three cars and they have taken care of our family's needs, from oil change, breaks, new tires, and battery issues, all for reasonable rates. Again my confidence has been restored. I fully recommend them.

Don’t go fix your car this shop suck,scam customer ,I dropped my car to fix the transmission ,they are done my car. I take my car home only two days the engine light come back the same situation I wanna fix at first place. Then they tell me to come back and they give me the new diagnosis transmission 3900, I already paid $2000 for the first place to fix my transmission. Why now I have to pay 3900 more. scammer in the Neighbourhood be aware this shop, I wish that auto shop out the business

I was a costumer for over 10 years, but since Johnny and his brother left the new management is the worse overpriced and the staff doesn’t know anything, I took my car 3 times this week because the engine light came on and they told me had to leave all day just to give me a diagnostic and another day I took in the afternoon around 2:39 and they said no one was available for that, I had trusted them for many years, but today they lost me and my family as costumers. I am glad there was a mechanic near by them and he had it ready for me at 11am on a Saturday. So I don’t recommend this shop at all, overpriced taking advantage of the good costumers someone else build with hard work and honesty. Good luck

Brought my car in for a brake job only for them to keep it for 8 hours and NOT fix anything. Got a call saying that I needed my rear brakes and rotors changed, and was classically upsold on other things my car “needed.” But since I wanted to get it over with, I told them to go ahead. $650 and 8 hours later, my brakes (I assumed the FRONT, which must not have been looked at) were squealing. One thing I brought up specifically was that it squealed much more in reverse. They didn’t even fix that. Mind you they claimed to have test driven it. Went to another spot to get the front brakes done and now they’re nice and quiet. My advice? Take it anywhere but here.

I've taken my vehicles here for the past 3 years. Haven't had any issues or problems with their service. Johnny is always kind and attentive to my issues. They've been transparent with prioritizing services according to my budget and needs, so I don't pay for 5 things at once. They've also been honest when service costs stop making sense for my vehicle instead of milking for more business, when selling my car makes more sense. They have plenty of loyal customers that will easily tell you why Johnny and his crew will be the only mechanics to touch their car.

My dad referred me to this place. Upon arrival I was ignored. There was no one behind the front desk, had to physically go up to a mechanic working to get someone's attention. Went because my car reeks of gas when I start it in the mornings. Joo told me he doesn't work on my car (Mercedes) well he told my dad he doesn't work on range rovers BUT I definitely seen him working on a Range Rover.. sooo. I told Joo my dad and I believe it's the high pressure fuel pump hose causing the problem. Joo responded "your dad always thinks he knows the problem, why doesn't he fix it then" RUDE. Since I didn't have a check engine light on he said I should check with the dealership because it's no point of running diagnostics w/ no warning light. Went back (my dad talked to them, told me to come in the morning). Waited patiently, still no one addressed me, had to find someone to assist me. Parked my car where I was told too, then a Hispanic man was asked to move my car. I’m trying to explain to him how to move it (it’s a lever on the steering wheel) he’s ignoring me hitting the middle council module. I’m trying to explain the middle doesn’t put the car in drive the lever does! He not listening. I TOLD HIM I’LL MOVE IT MYSELF because you not about to be hitting my car like that! Then Joo gone tell me he doesn’t speak English that’s why he’s not listening. Nah he doesn’t care and is ignoring me, that’s why he’s not listening. I went knowing EXACTLY what the problem was, Johnny looked up under the hood, waved his flashlight around, said he smelled gas & to leave it for a few days and they’ll try and see what going on, but no guarantee. I’m not leaving NOTHING of mines here w/ y’all! I was ignored & talked to like I was nothing! Complete waste of time. I witnessed them interact with several other people, NO ONE WAS TREATED LIKE I WAS. Don’t recommend. I was trying to save some money, BUT I will gladly go the dealership AND PAY, you pay for the quality of service.

This tire shop has gone downhill since the new management took over. Prices are high services unreliable and I know longer feel I can trust them. I would not recommend this place. I saw the recent reviews I should have listened

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE. My husband took my son's car to get his cam cover gasket changed. They quoted him $180 for the part. When my husband went to get the car, he had to pay $823. They said labor was $420 which means the part was now $300+. If my husband agreed to $180 for the part, what made it ok for them to get a part that was twice as much without asking him first? I hate greedy mechanics.

Great, friendly and professional service. Their alignment technician was very knowledgeable. I got a wheel alignment on my 1993 Honda Civic that I had just lowered. The car drives perfect. They even gave me a discount to secure future business. I was very happy about that and will definitely be returning for all my mechanical needs.
