The Owner is an amazing person & business man! My Daughter & I drove from Puyallup, WA to Idaho for a trip. Had to service my SUV ... As I had learned it had no oil. *This man was a lifesaver* Provided an expensive service with a reasonable cost, worked with my being a Veteran's spouse. I was mortified to learn we had no oil, during this hot Summer & tons of miles dry. Cannot believe I trusted Aamco Auburn to take care of my vehicle's services when requested.

The people that change my fluids on my Ford 350 diesel have done a great job for many years. They get you in and out in a timely manner and let you know if anything else is in need of changing, such as front end fluids, transmission fluid,transfer case fluids,etc. . As expensive as diesel trucks are, they do a good job of fluid servicing

Asked the shop not to overtighten the drain plug on my 2006 Jetta TDI since I previously had to have an oversized plug kit installed due to overtightening. Not only did they refuse to comply, they refused to change my oil since the Jetta no longer has a stock VW plug in it. Won't be back here again.

It's always a great experience here. Pretty much the only shop that stocks Schaffers and doesn't charge you an arm and a leg for it. They don't have a problem using customer provided oil and filters, and the labor cost when providing your own materials is fair. I've had personal and work vehicles in here, including diesel, and never had an issue. One time I wanted to do a full synthetic rear diff fluid change and they actually convinced me that it would be a waste of money at that point. Not many lube shops will turn away money that you want to throw at them.

They were kind enough to get me into their schedule quickly, were able to get my fuel filter, and serviced my truck with Amsoil. Great service, kind employees, and fair in the cost. Highly recommend.

Had oil changed here on 4/27, friendly quick service. Monday morning developed an extensive leak from the filter. Called them, they immediately sent a tow and had the truck taken to a certified shop. Turns out there was a manufacturer defect with the filter. Not only were they concerned about their product but very concerned they made sure no other damage was done. These guys and gals hands down fixed the issue over and above what was expected. In current times, customer service is lacking at most places, but NOT here. They are great!. Would highly recommend.
