I was lookin for a used mercedes suv. I looked all over different dealers and such from cleveland to akron, and i just happened to be driving by and spotted this beautiful mercedes suv. So i definitely wanted to stop in and check it out.. the place dont seem to be promising when u first look at it. Since its really a corner lot dealer. So most people even me would just say no i want it from a actual dealer i dont trust small lots.... but my gut said check it out.. so i did.
So a very nice gentlemen Mike walked up to me after i was looking at it for about a minute. And i hate sales men that pester people but this guy was cool. He brought out the keys unlocked it and asked if i had any questions. I said i been looking for something like this and i just wanted to stop and check it out. He was very polite and nice explained miles and packages it has. He didnt pester me about test driving it or anything. So after 10 min of looking at it i wanted to take it out so he got a plate and keys and went for a nice 10-15 min test drive.
The vehicle is a 2011 mercedes gl550 has 97k miles. Beautiful like new condition. Leather interior showed almost no signsof any wear. Paint and body was like new. Super clean in and out. Even still had that mercedes smell inside... and not once did he pester me on how i would like to buy it. Once we got back. Then i asked lets run some numbers...
And what we came down to after i gave it a day of looking for same model around northern ohio and online. i couldnt beat it they were 2 grand cheaper then anyone else that had this model. So i went back up and was greeted like a friend. And we ended up doing a deal on it. And i couldnt be happier. Dont judge a book by its cover. This is the first time i ever bought a car from a corner type car lot.....and if i need something else i may give them a call and see what we can do... definitely a 5 star experience at this place.

Vehicle was not as described on website or by mike when I called him to ask questions before I made the three and a half hour drive. I normally don't review but i was very disappointed in the vehicle as it had poor paint condition and white over spray on the truck and website gave exterior five stars interior had five stars also and sunroof didn't work the seats headliner and carpets were dirty, had missing interior peices and smelled horrible. I just hope they start advertising the vehicles for what they are.

Buyer beware, their online ads are not truthful. Called and made a cash offer on a vehicle that clearly says "drive it home today" in all of their ads. Almost drove 3 hours to go get it but had the forethought to confirm I could take it the same day. Dealer stated the vehicle was not road legal as it does not have working headlights.

It was one of the worst car shopping experiences I have ever had. My wife an I traveled quite a distance to look at a truck they have for sale with the understanding that they would have most of the paper work ready. We had spoke countless times over the phone but when we showed up he acted like he didnt no anything about us traveling up there to look at a one of his truck. The truck didn't even have fuel in it. His appearance was sloppy an unprofessional. He was wearing t-shirt with work out shorts an flip flops. Was not all what I had expected. Also would not honor Kelly book value on trade in an was extremely unprepared. After he said he was ready for us. Extremely discussed. Would not recommend buying from this lot. Horrible vehicles an customer service! I love to give them no stars but I can only give them one.

I purchased a 1998 Ford Ranger 4x4 at a fair price. They were willing to negotiate a bit for some of the flaws and were very easy to deal with. The entire transaction was done in 15 minutes, which is unbelievable to me having recently spent 3 hours stuck at an Infiniti dealer getting paperwork done. Appreciated the straight forward nature of Lazar.

Drove 90 minutes one way to look at an 04 duramax my brother was going to buy, that to quote the ad, “runs and drives good”
Upon my arrival, I found that the truck had a check engine light on, brake light on, a “service brake system” message on the dash, and an abs light on. After the dealer jump started the truck (yes this truck that “runs and drives good” wouldn’t even start on it’s own), I was going to go for a test drive. Until I went to back the truck out of the spot it was parked in and found it had no power steering either. I specifically asked beforehand if there were any issues whatsoever with the truck because I was making such a long trip to go get it, and was told it had no known issues.
So here’s what I found when I got there:
No power steering
Check engine light
Brake light
Abs light
Both rear doors stuck shut with handles broken off on the outside
Passenger front door only opened from the inside
Fuel line was leaking
Front differential was leaking
Gear selection display on dash didn’t work
Completely wrong hood on truck (I’ve owned many of that body style trucks, the hood that was on it belongs on a 1500, the 2500/3500 hoods are raised at the front to provide the clearance for the Diesel engine)
So this truck that needs motor work, brake work, and steering work, “runs and drives good”
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone that is not local to them, and even if your local I would have your own mechanic inspect the vehicle before you purchase it from this dealer.

Great place. Just got 2006 Dodge Ram 3500 275k it was even better in person, then in pictures. Drove from Florida to get rust free Florida truck back home😁. Mike was soo nice to us , got us coffee and full tank of fuel. Definitely would recommend this place . Price was unbeatable.

I was excited to go get what looked like a good deal on a cargo van here. I live out of town so looked at Carfax the sent me (which was doctored) and the photos on line. The vehicle showed rust and a dent and I thought that was not a big issue. I called the dealership and asked if everything worked properly on the vehicle and if it was road ready. They assured me everything was in excellent shape as stated on their website and that the van was working properly and road ready. Given this info I put a deposit down. I arrived to buy the vehicle and found the vehicle was in terrible mechanical shape. The motor was corroding, engine light was on, break light was on, interior lights didn't work and rear doors didn't open. This vehicle was in terrible condition and this dealer lied to me. These people lied to me took my deposit and didn't look back. Not trustworthy, terrible vehicles. Go to 1st quality auto or Autolika for trustworthy people and a better vehicle.

I recently bought a 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 5.7 Hemi from Mike. We talked several times on the phone before i made a 3 1/2 hr drive to Akron Ohio. I wanted to make sure it was going to be worth my time driving that far for a truck. Mike answered ALL of my questions and some twice to assure me the truck was in the condition as it was posted and to make sure it met my needs. When i arrived i wasn't ambushed and preasured as soon as i walked into his lot. I was able to look at the trucks i was interested in first. That meant a lot to me. Great 1st impression! Mike was very personable, upfront and honest. Mike more than worked with me on the price of the truck. The price was well under any big name dealership and any personal seller.
My experience was a great one. We had time to talk while we were doing paperwork and my Dodge was getting detailed. I got to know Mike a little better and that made my experience buying my truck even better!! Mike is a straight shooter and all around good guy who likes to make his customers happy!! Told me there was nothing wrong. Drove 45 minutes to find that the airbag light was on , drovers seatbelt does not work , and lots of cosmetic damage that he didnt tell us about. Very disappointed. I was looking forward to buying it

Vehicles here are sold with potential issues and hidden maintenance costs that they do not care to resolve before selling.
I Went to look at a 2012 f150 from here and took it to get inspected before purchasing and was estimated to have roughly $2000 in needed maintenance and repairs. The sales rep Ben also mentioned a check engine light was on which would be additional maintenance. I brought this to his attention to ask if there was any way we could reach an agreement on price but he was firm on it. If you are going to buy from here please make sure to check for ALL issues yourself because they will sell a car with problems.
Edited for response: the engine light was not made known until I was at the dealership. The $6800 agreed upon was before any known issues were disclosed
