Hadn’t washed my truck in 10 months. It was nasty inside and out. I got a full car wash and it looks great and even smells better. I never wrote reviews but these guys really did a great job. Fast but thorough. They were super friendly too. Amazing price even after a healthy tip.

I've gone there twice during daytime hours, they either just closed at 5pm or today 2:45. They are always closed. I wanted to get a detail cleaning package for $60. Only hand car wash was open & 1 vacuum working out of 6. You had me move car to that vacuum just to find it wasn't working. Your reply was, you close in bad weather. It stopped raining hours ago, I tried calling a few times but calls don't get through. I've seen cars getting detail cleaning " inside". Weather wouldn't have been an issue . What are your hours? Do we need to make appointment? So far I've gone there 3 times during daylight hours, but only 1 time you were open. It's frustrating. Please let me know your business hours, thank you

I was given a gift certificate as a gift, $100.00, I went to this location to use it for a detailing. Very unprofessional. They spent no more than 15 minutes “detailing” my car outside in freezing weather. Absolutely will never use these people again. NEVER. $100.00 for 15 minutes and the car was no better off than a regular $10.00 wash. AND, they left the interior not as they found it. Driver and passenger seats left fully back, etc…. Just terrible.

I typically have no reason to express dissatisfaction with this car company. However, yesterday I decided to pay for a full detail as I was attending a wedding. Upon arriving home and adjusting my seat, I discovered an excessive amount of dust, prompting me to thoroughly inspect the vehicle. To my astonishment, it had not been cleaned properly. I felt frustrated as I had wasted my hard-earned money. If it weren't for the urgency of the wedding, I would have immediately returned to address the issue. From now on, I will avoid having my vehicle detailed at that particular establishment.

Great Service.. I always look to see if they do good windows haven't come across anyone who take the time to do windows are they did- I canceled my monthly car wash services and much rather go to these guys...Thanks again Update:Went again for my vehicle and my husband's had his washed again The outside could of been done better as I'm watching them dry my car I noticed it was still spots where it needed to be washed... My windows were great and the inside was nice n clean ..Just do better outside - cars need to be washed at least twice

Hands down the best car wash I’ve gotten since moving to the east coast. Paid $90 for a full detail and for them to remove some decals for me and they did a great job. Washed my seats and even put seat covers on for me because they were still a little damp. 100% would recommend

Only giving this two stars because the detail itself was amazing although they should be using more wax on the exterior buffing and not just a drop for the entire vehicle. The inside looks amazing. My gripe is the young lady who tried to charge me $160 for interior and exterior when I made sure I checked prices beforehand knowing it would cost me $120 for what I wanted. When she realized that I knew what I was talking about she immediately dropped the price to $90 for everything. Make sure you check your prices beforehand so you don’t get yourself ripped off.

I'm a regular costumer I'm always going there . But I stop going because they rush you out the way just to get the money . I came back to try it again and got the $37 dollar package, Wich that brings the shine to shine your car up , and they didn't do it . They didn't do my carpets right , and my wood in the car they stained it up with some stain dirty rag. I'm not satisfied and I'm not recommending it never again .

I don’t know what happened to this place compared to when I first started going but they suck now ! I notice there’s a few new faces as well not the people I’m use to seeing. But they don’t clean properly at all especially the rims tires smh. NEVER AGAIN !! NO REGRESO PA AQUÍ NUNCA 🙅🏾♀️

All I can say is WOW!!! My Rav4 has never been this clean...EVER! Optimo was recommended by a co worker, so I drove the 15 miles to check them out, and it was totally worth it. I got the $27 package, but it was Ladies' Day, so it ended up being $24. I've never had a car hand washed before and it was just amazing. Then, when I pulled outside and parked, I watched as they dried, vacuumed and cleaned everything...I mean EVERYTHING! They cleaned my windows so thoroughly, without one streak. The tires were beautiful. The dash was dusted. Floors vacuumed spotless. I just couldn't believe it was my car. Sooooooooooo worth every penny.

It is not easy to find a true "hand car wash". No machines or brushes that scratch your car. The people working here are really hard working and do their best to deliver a quality product. This is the ONLY car wash I will go to when i can't wash my car myself.
