I really appreciate their attention to the smallest detail and making sure the finish was perfect. She now looks like black glass. My cargo van is a full time dog mobile full of crates and equipment. The dirt, mud and dog hair can definitely compound in the corners and mats after months of adventures. Not only was making the appointment fast and easy but Jonathan and David showed up and were nothing but polite and professional. Jon and two of the other Opulent team guys arrived early as arranged. They went right to work in the hot sun after I had a little chat with Jon about the work to be done. He asked me if there was anything special I wanted them to focus on. There was not at the time but I did ask him later to remove 2 decals from the rear window. He was happy to do so. They started on the engine compartment, then moved to the outside and then the interior as the work progressed. They worked in the heat for nearly 2 hours to complete the job. The engine, exterior and interior were meticulously cleaned. The floor mats were buffed clean. The dash was cleared of all sticky residue from phone mounts. They even vacuumed under the rear hatch area where the spare tire is located. The vehicle looked great inside and out! I would recommend them for your detailing needs without hesitation. David N.
