I have used Oren's Automotive for all my vehicles for the past several years. They are skilled, professional and very friendly. I have a 2008 Nissan Altima Coupe. The driver side seat stopped working and was stuck in the down position. It was undriveable. Nissan dealership in SB has closed so Oren’s had search for a used seat to swap parts from. They did it! I have my car back and it’s operating like new. I had the BEST experience at Oren’s. I have had some poor experiences at shops around town, and often feel taken advantage of. Eric was so helpful in terms of getting my Jeep service fast and efficiently! My father spoke to him and made him aware that I was a student who was limited on funds and resources, and he did the best that he could for my circumstances. The owners of the shop prefaced our visit by saying that there were 40+ cars ahead of mine and that it likely wouldn’t be done until next week the earliest, and yet Eric took the time out of his day to help us out, order the part, and repair the car in 24 hours. I appreciate the amazing service, especially as a college student!

Hands down the most integral automotive repair shop in town! After a misdiagnosed oil leak from the local LEXUS service dept (for a cost of $7500), I took my car to Oren's who performed a complete inspection and diagnostic; only to find there was no leak at all! Shame on LEXUS and any other automotive repair shops that take advantage of their customers! Oren's techs are experienced and honest and I'd like to mention he did the work as timely as possible (so you get your vehicle back as soon as possible!). These things matter to him----how wonderful!! So needless to say, I won't be going anywhere else ever again!! Oren stands behind his word -- and in a day and age where honesty and experience isn't as common as it should be; it's nice to finally depend on someone you can Trust!! Thank you Oren!!!
