Had a coupon for a free car wash, It did a really good job, definitely go back again. didn't have to get out of the car and no streaks. And for people complaining, it ruins your car, I have a 3 month old Lincoln nautilus and I took it through , no marks were left from the wash.

For Exterior, service is OK, nothing special. For interior, definitely save your money and go somewhere else, this is my car after they cleaned its interior and after paying for Matt cleaning. I understand it is not detail service but they should have at least vacuumed it properly or wiped it. I stopped by Walmart afterwards and got car wipes for less than 10 bucks and got the job done.

I really love this place. I don’t know how much they pay their employees but they all work like they are getting paid well because they work really hard… every single one of them. My car comes out sparkling clean every time. The people over in the oil change section are fantastic too!! They took care of my daughter when she didn’t even know how to open the hood lol. Super convenient just sit in your car get your oil changed and never a cheesy attempt at an upsell. They make you feel very comfortable and are very nice. I really appreciate this place the more I think about it! :)

I paid 16.00 for reg wash & an additional 16.00 for interior + TIP! My cup holders needed a quick 2 second vacuum & an additional small cubby, I complained & I was told they were not allowed to vacuum that as per the manager. I thought it was insane! I will NEVER spend 1.00 there! My mom ended up cleaning it herself. I thought I’d receive excellent service given the fact that it is a modern & clean place! ONE STAR

I recently spent $39 on a car wash and interior cleaning service, but was disappointed to find that the interior cleaning was not thoroughly done. Specifically, it did not include wiping down the seats. I addressed my concerns with the staff, but was met with a dismissive attitude, which I found unprofessional. To clarify, interior cleaning should encompass cleaning the doors, dashboard, cupholders, areas around the radio, under the seats, and windows, including the rearview mirror. As someone who is accustomed to detail cleaning cars, I was disappointed by the subpar service. The staff's excuses were unconvincing, and I have decided not to return. Instead, I will wait until spring and invest $40 in cleaning supplies to do the job properly. I consider this experience to be a rip-off. I will not be asking for a callback or returning to the establishment, especially after receiving a dismissive eye roll. 🙄 5 personnel to clean a vehicle and utilize no cleaning products for interior, only window cleaning, tire.

I love this car wash. And they gave me a free wash on my birthday don't get no better than that. I wish they would include cleaning the inside with your purchase but that's a add-on and I'm okay with that everybody have to make their money. I will continue coming here and I will definitely recommend them, they're very polite and my car gets cleaned that's all that matters.

Very disappointing! The last time I came to wash my car, I was disappointed by the cost compared to the quality of the wash. The owner responded to my review and asked me to give the business another chance. Unfortunately, the quality has only gotten worse over time. My car came out exactly the same way it went in. I will definitely not be trying this place again. Truly disappointing!

I have been going here for over 30 years. And they never fail to do a great job, especially with the quick oil change and lube. In addition the receptionist, Eliana, is extremely personable and efficient and takes care of the billing and warranty work quickly. They are updating the car wash for an even better experience in the future.

Wash was good, however I paid for Ceramic and tire shine. As I drove through, neither lights nor spray emanated from nozzles for those paid for services $10 extra. Now, I called immediately as I parked directly in front of Jack Williams and called the number on the receipt. The woman that answered the phone said no problem we will re run you vehicle. So I went back into the car wash...they delayed my rewash for at least 5 minutes b4 they came out and said " everything worked but we will send you back through anyway"! Like I want to waste my time and rip you off for ten bucks. Betcha ten bucks they didn't research why THIER SYSTEM took the money without the service!!! And when I went through the CERAMIC LIGHT AND SPRAY came on, but the tire shine still didn't. I was done...there are too many other car washes in the valley to be DOUBTED by this company. U can't fix it u don't know...now ya do. Will the service and treatment of customers improve? I won't know as I have no need to go back...not even a courtesy " sorry for your troubles here's a free wash" and get this, I ran the Quil & EZ Car wash in the 80s..and gave 100s of free washes for any customer that brought issues to my attention. Not this company.

We have our vehicles cleaned here at least once a month. Today’s service was lacking, and that’s quite the understatement. You should expect to get the bare minimum for interior cleaning at this location. We paid the interior upgrade to have the mats washed and the front mats were done but the back mats were not. When we brought this to the managers attention we were told this is an express service and we should seek extra love elsewhere. The dashboard and door jams were left unwiped and we were told even though the cup holders were empty wiping them out is not included in the service despite having them cleaned several times before in our past service. Needless to say this trip will be our last at this location. We brought another couple for service with us who will also not be returning. Unfortunate how the quality of service at this location declined and the management condones this type of work. This is what you get paying for interior. It’s winter you should expect things like this.

We paid for the Ultimate Wash specifically because we didn’t need extras like wax or tire shine, but expected a thorough basic clean. Unfortunately, that’s not what we got. The team at the entrance barely wiped the windshield and gave the car a quick rinse—no attention to visible dirt or basic prep. Our car was dirty, but nothing excessive—definitely not off-roading level.

I spent $22 exterior “the works” (tires) and $15 on interior detail. The guy there told me that he under promises so at least my expectations were set low. $37.00 total at first it looked impressive all these people working on my car. Results are 5/10. The interior really didn’t need much because I am the only one in the car ever. These are after photos.To be fair maybe the tire expectations should look like this and the interior is just windows/vacuum. All 6 people on the car make you believe a better outcome.

I just spent $18 on a wash and saw a plastic part go flying off my truck from the blowers. I brought it to the managers attention who also happens to be the owner, Jerry. He attempted to fix it but couldn’t and said it’s my problem. There was nothing more he could do. He blamed it on the manufacturer and walked away. I visit this business at least once every two weeks throughout the winter. I will never return! There are plenty of car wash’s opening all over the county.

I went for an oil change that came with a free car wash which was superb. I paid extra for them to and I say specifically clean the interior. I get back in my car and leave and see they didn't vacuum my seats or clean my cup holders. I called and the receptionist told me cup holders not included but if I asked they would have did it. Well what does interior clean mean to you. Very pissed. I'll go for the oil change and the wash but they can keep their bogus interior cleaning.

I was looking for a full service car wash and this place offered what I was looking for. $44 for the works I have no problem with the price. Overall wash was good, but I don’t feel they paid attention to detail. I expected better for the price and the amount f of people working on the vehicle in the interior section. I didn’t notice what they missed until I got home (40 min ride).
