If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. I have been washing my vehicle and in the fall my lawn mower at this car wash for years. Today I went to do the same. The gentleman manning the wash guided me into the bad as I was waiting behind other vehicles. I had my lawn mower in the bed of my vehicle as I drove past him. At no time did he try to stop or ask me if I was washing my lawnmower. The attendant/owner watched me removed my lawnmower from the bed of the truck and still said nothing. I started to wash my truck and mower and only after I finished washing my mower the gentlemen came up to me screaming expletives that I had washed my lawn mower. Then stated that he was going to call the police, which he did. They showed up shortly after as I was running my truck. What kind of business calls the police on you after they watched and help you unload the lawn mower.

Many times automatic wash lanes are not working or closed. Soap is diluted and does not really clean well. Coin op wash will end up costing you $6.00 or more to get car completed

This place is a strong second to Sonic and Splash. It's quick and clean and has an excellent maintenance man most days (John) sold me 10 of the $6 car washes for a reduced price.

Barely any soap came out, definitely hasn’t been filled in a while. I was charged a full $15 on my credit card even though I stopped the wash after only a few minutes.

Got charged on my card and it immediately ended my cleaning but it said only 3 dollars so I tried It again and cleaned my car ended at 8 dollars but when the bank statements came got charged 15 two times overall the soap isn't too good the blow dryer sucked

Been here probably 4 times in 10 years, 3 out of 4 times car washes have taken my money but that's it. Once I contacted them and they did leave my money outside under a rock. 2 times was just a loss, and today someone was actually here and was super helpful and was able to get the thing to work and did give me a better car wash then I originally paid for, so it all worked out... but I don't know with all my issues that it will be the place I'll run to for my next wash, unfortunately because I definitely like it better than the other one in town

Made the mistake of going here. Was happy to see they had an air dryer just for show. Looks great. Maybe it should actually work too. Lastly, coming out of the car wash you’ll be greeted with another car wash from 1 foot deep pot holes filled with dirty water.

Terrible! The soap option had no soap at all. After my wash I pressed the stop button and it told me I was charged $9 and change. Looking at my statement I was charged $15! Looks like a lot of other reviews have had the same thing happen. What a SCAM

The best place to abuse your car without driving off a cliff. It takes forever to change from one chemical to the next, meaning you pay for more time. The blower was disconnected and worthless, and the main sprayer drips on the roof of your car. Now of have engine cleaner on my vinyl roof.

Use this car wash the first time no water came out and it still charged my credit card. I tried it again. No soap came out and it charged my credit card. I highly recommend you do not use this car wash

Been looking for a touch-free car wash. Found this one and was very excited. But it took several minutes for the tire cleaner to start coming out. And then it took another few minutes for the soap to come out. I was already all the way around the car with high pressure water by the time the soap came out. So I just did the gentle spot-free rinse and finished up. So technically I barely washed the car I just hosed it with high pressure water. 😆

I haven't used a spray wash like this since I moved to Oswego from Chicago 25 years ago. Don't know why I haven't stopped here before! Anyway, I wasn't sure what to do, since it's been so long and everything is different now. They're are so many more options. I asked somebody working there for help. He was very informative, helpful, and friendly. Most importantly he didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing what I was doing. Customer service is a big deal to me. I will be back. Thanks John you rock!!

Straight crap. Car left more dirty than clean. Excessively hard water that leaves your car looking like shit. Save your money and go else where. Will never return and will tell everyone to stay away

2025 Update. Yes, I know, I should just stop coming here, but the location is convenient, so here I am again complaining about the wash. Today, no soap, and the 'spot free rinse' must have been up for interpretation, as it added a lot of water spots to my clean car at no extra cost... See pictures. Asphalt at the wash exist is still a disaster of puddles and potholes as well. And even more birds have moved into the ways bays. 2024 Update. Just need to stop going here. Soap was almost completely out (again), and after using the spot free rinse, my entire car looks worse than before the wash. Feel free to see my pictures. If the car wash was free, it's still overpriced. Decent car wash, can be very slow switching chemicals in the manual wash which burns through your time a bit though. Also, would be nice to fix the potholes and horrible road surface at the exit to the bays so your not driving through potholes and puddles on the way out. Air dryer is nice for helping get water out of the vehicles nooks and crannys, but not really powerful enough to effectively dry your vehicle. 2023 Update. Road surface at the exit from the manual wash bays has fallen apart even more. Like trying to navigate around craters while exiting now. 2023 Update-2. Road surface in numerous areas now seems slightly post-apocalyptic. Also, birds living in some of the bays. And they occasionally freak out, flying about, dropping feathers on the car you are trying to wash. Updating review again, place needs a lot of work, as others have pointed out. And, the water is so hard it's almost impossible to end up with no water spots.

I paid $9 for a car wash and the wash stopped half way through the wash. I contacted the company by phone and online. They have not contacted me back. Save your money and go somewhere else. This place is a rip off!

DON'T GO HERE!!! On MULTIPLE occasions (2 TIMES RECENTLY) my debit card was overcharged the full $15 hold amount. Spoke to the owner on the phone, and he made some excuse saying I didn't push the red button. I KNOW that I pushed the red button to stop it, and the water shut off. No refund was even offered. I told him I wouldn't be back, and he didn't seem to care. Most of the time this car wash doesn't even have any soap (car wash? Ha!), and I only go there to rinse off the road salt. And that cost me $15 each of the last two times! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! Most unreputable business that I have dealt with in Oswego.
