This crew did an AWESOME job with emergency cleaning of my 4Runner when I dumped half a bottle of 1/2-n-1/2 in my driver’s seat and beyond! Needed to use the car for a trip to eastern Oregon and, although they were busy, worked my car in right then. I was so thankful and still am grateful that I am not now having to experience an awful sour smell when I get in my car. Outlaw Detailing saved my day! And lessons learned ... 1. Always be sure the bottle cap is tightened down, and 2. Listen to the friendly staff at Fika for service referrals in Sisters...they got the goods! Outlaw Detailing ... thanks so much!!

I took my car in to Outlaw Auto Detailing with the hopes they would remove water spots on my seats and a few puppy drool marks that wouldn't come out with your average cleaner. I was pleasantly surprised when I got my car back and it was spotless! Floor mats were cleaned, the carpeting had been vacuumed, and everything else just seemed nice and polished. Though I only asked for the interior to be detailed, my car really wasn't too messy so the guys went ahead and detailed the outside of my vehicle as well (no extra cost!) which was very sweet. I paid $150 total for anyone wondering what costs are (that is for interior detailing only) and I wouldn't take back a single penny. If you are looking for a local detailing business I highly recommend Outlaw Auto! They are professional and will take good care of you and your car :)

Absolutely fantastic job by Desmond and Conner. I have a Prius with 385,000 miles. they made it feel new again...They managed to remove some duck tape residue on a seat that several other detailers had been unable to remove. I highly recommend Outlaw Auto Detailing. You won't be disappointed.

In mid-May our two personal vehicles were the recipients of unintended fence stain overspray. Both vehicles are black; a 2020 Camry and a 2018 Tacoma TRD Pro. A nearby neighbor had an auto detailing business and stopped by to give us an estimate for removing the fence stain. He wasn't available until August and, because there was a safety concern (overspray on the windshields effecting visibility), recommended one of his competitors here in Sisters, Outlaw Auto Detailing. I contacted Outlaw Auto Detailing and made appointments for both vehicles. The Tacoma was worked on first. I was blown away by how awesome my truck looked when I picked it up. I bought the Tacoma new and it looked much better than when I picked it up from the dealer four years earlier. It was like having a new truck again. Outlaw Auto Detailing did not disappoint when I picked up the Camry. The bar had been established and the car look every bit as good as the truck. I can't say enough about the quality of work and customer service I experienced at Outlaw Auto Detailing. Desmond, Austin and team did a phenomenal job. A truly effortless experience that far exceeded my expectations.

On the very rare occasion where something was missed, they've always responded quickly and professionally to rectify any issue. The guys at Outlaw detailing were great. I walked in and they attended to me right away - even though they were closed during the holidays. They made an appointment for just after the holidays. They worked on my car and buffed/sanded out damage from a parking lot incident. Charges were more than fair. If your car is as dirty as mine after our winter, do yourself a favor...just took mine to Outlaw Auto Detailing here in Sisters (on Barclay). I swear, I thought they put a brand new Subaru Outback in my garage...my car is a 2012 and it looks and smells new car good!!! A real gem! I was introduced to Outlaw Auto Detailing a couple of weeks ago and have since had two vehicles detailed by Austin (owner) and Dillon. These guys do terrific work. Both vehicles turned out amazing. I would highly recommend them. They are very detail-oriented, use some of the best products in the industry, and they have a great shop (with multiple bays) that they utilize to make sure your vehicle comes out looking fantastic… no matter what time of the year. I know that they are “booked out” about three weeks now, but it will be worth your wait. I very much enjoy finding these gems in our Sisters community. If you're thinking about it, stop thinking and JUST GO. I had a terrible experience at a dealership that caused visible exterior damage and interior soiling to my brand new car. They offered to have it detailed, but I just didn't trust my car in their care again, so opted to have it detailed independently. I decided to try Outlaw as they're close to where I live and boy am I glad I did. Austin's demeanor and confidence immediately made me feel comfortable and the job he and the Outlaw team did was nothing short of magic. When I walked in to pick it up I did a double-take to make sure it was the same car. I have no idea how they do what they do, but they do it well!
