Beyond my expectations. First real cleaning after having huskies in the back for years. His experience shows that he has been doing this awhile. I felt he was proactive with identifying and addressing the vehicles flaws vs just going through a general routine. Like if you do an oil change at your mechanic vs a jiffy lube. Very solid performance for the price. Will definitely use again.

I honestly cant say enough good things about Over The Top detailing and the owner Tim. My husband drove back from Chico, Ca for Thanksgiving, and he and his car had been affected by the massive Camp Fire up there. Anyways, long story short his car smelled like a brush fire SO BAD and was in major need of a detail before he left to go back to Chico a few days later. I sent out a message Thursday (Thanksgiving morning) to a few businesses and Tim was one of the first to respond back. I am so glad I chose Tim to come out, he was available the next morning. Not only did he rid the car of the fire smell but the car looked AMAZING, inside and out. My husband's car is 5 years old, but after Tim's work, looks practically brand new. Tim was on time, professional, brought all the necessary equipment and then some that I didn't even know they had to have (city requirements) cleaned every little speck after he was done. He is just an all around professional and nice guy that you can see takes pride in his work. Hire him to do your next vehicle detail and work. You WONT be sorry!! I am attaching a picture of my husband's car that he took at the gas station on the way back to Chico. He got a few compliments on the car over there and sent me this picture. Thanks again Tim!!

I contacted Tim to get a quote to detail a close friend of mine’s SUV. I explained everything that needed to be done—an exterior wash , polishing with buffer and wax application and a full interior detail. I was clear as can be and my friend was sitting right next to me hearing the whole conversation . He quoted me $100, which I thought was a very good deal, and I told him so. When he arrived to do the job, he immediately said the work was far more than what he had quoted and then asked for $300 more than the original price. My friend agreed and was willing to pay the extra amount but even with being said he didn’t want to do the job at all and walked away. After speaking with the vehicle owner (my friend), I called Tim right away to ask what had happened. He shut me down, said he was “passing on this one,” and hung up on me. I’m not sure what this guy is all about, but I would recommend using caution when dealing with him, as you may end up in a controversial situation. Not good business at all.

Job: Hand wash, Deep clean wheels, Clay bar, Compound, Polish, Recondition headlights, Dress all plastic and Tires, and treat glass with Insta finish bead off. ******************************** I recently bought a car whose paint had been seriously neglected, and Tim was able to work magic on it. The car was transformed and now looks better than it ever has. After calling he came by the house and gave the car a look, gave an estimate, and we set up an appointment for the next day. 30 minutes before the appointment I got a text to confirm that he would be showing up. This is the best auto detailing experience we have ever had with more than fair prices. Our Honda Pilot was filled with so much sand from all our kids and the owner of the business worked so hard to get things as clean as possible. We couldn't believe how much better it was. The owner was very friendly and kind. Definitely plan on using this service again. It made it so convenient for our family to not have to go somewhere and wait.

I gotta say, I unknowingly left Tim a mess. I recently got a new used truck and never had time to really look it over inside. Wanted to start with a clean slate so first step was to get it detailed.
