honestly there’s not even any reason to bother with this place. i don’t understand how they still have business or how they have so many good reviews. on multiple different occasions with more than just mine and my families cars, but also friends cars, the cars will have the exact same problems or even worse problems when they get them back. we had to take our truck here against our wishes because we needed it fixed quick, and the truck ran ok for a week before doing the exact same thing it did before. i will never go here again even if it’s for an emergency

I personally have not used Pace, but my mom, sister, and late aunt have. They have been great with my mom's kia, and my late aunt used to take her both of her Grand Caravans to Pace. Both of which she bought new, and Pace took better care of her vans than the dealership. My mom and sister trust them, and they love the staff.

They didn't call but once during the 7 work days they had my truck. It took then w days to even look at it and said it was 1 thing and next thing I know it took me to call them and it was something else 3 days later. They also ordered and replaced multiple parts that i wouldn't have known about unless I called them. And they charged me over the agreed price. And they didn't 100% fix the issue i told them about and instead ordered parts to fix other issues.

We so often are quick to give a bad review that we forget the awesome ones. These folks are great. We have several problems with our Doge Ram truck and were supposed to pull the camper this coming weekend. They got it in on Monday. Went out of his way to find a very popular part, Kept us informed the whole way and got it fixed in plenty of time. After all the very poor service we have received from several dealerships, it was a pleasure to deal with honest local folks!

My new go to mechanic shop. I dropped my car off for an issue I felt certain was the engine or transmission going out. It's nearly at 150k miles. I'm am not a knowledgable car person whatsoever, they could have easily told me I needed literally anything up to and/or including an engine/transmission swap or rebuild. Instead they found the issue and fixed it with an oil change for a price I found to be completely reasonable. Dawn at the counter was very friendly each time I interacted with her, the guy from the shop that called to update me on the issue was friendly and knowledgable. They managed to get me taken care of in a reasonable amount of time too. All around a very good experience.

This company fabricates lies and will not fix your problems. Long time friend has been bringing not only his current car but previous cars all with simple problems only to receive the car back with MORE things wrong, nothing fixed and having had to wait over a week with no updates or information. The responses they leave on reviews are extremely immature. DO NOT LET YOURSELF BE SCAMMED BY THEM. No business is too busy to update their customers. I know busier shops with harder projects that can have cars moving with updates within a day or two. And I'm talking a packed lot of cars with only 3 men working on them. To Pace Automotive Repair, fixing anything on a non American car is apparently "specialized" in which case the repair shop should turn away work they KNOW they CANNOT accomplish because it is too far above their skill, rather than further ruin a car. 0/10 performance in business and in skill and in communication. These people will lie to you and ruin your car.

Would not recommend these guys if you own any foreign vehicle. Took in my volkswagen for a water pump replacement and after saying it was fixed by them drove it 2 miles down the road and had to bring it back. The car now had a check engine light on as well as the gauge on the dash was not working no more. They took the car back in for some digging and never really fixed the issue. They never bothered to call me back at all during this process to provide any updates or issues with my vehicle. The only time issues were mentioned is when I had to bring my car back to them to fix their mess up. They are very unprofessional people and I would highly encourage people to look for a mechanic as well so they do not have to experience the same headache I did. Also mentioned they do not work on foreign cars, which was told to me AFTER they agreed to work on my car. No mention of it before or during the work process. Very professional!

Worked on my father’s vehicle and he had to go back and pay again for the same issue. Also, worked on my finances truck. While working on it they broke the hood latch and made him pay to fix it, and after replacing the whole motor etc., his truck still is having slow starting issues. Would not recommend going to this establishment.

I will definitely be going back for my vehicle issues. I had an 8hr drive ahead of me and had some break issues. They were able to squeeze me in and put my mind at ease during my road trip. The mechanic even came in early the next day to finish up his work so I could hit the road on-time. On top of that he helped out picking me up, since we only have one vehicle. Thank you Shane and the nice lady at the front (sorry I forgot your name).

Pace Automotive really came through for me! My car surprised me with a breakdown while traveling, and this was the closest shop. From the moment I walked in I felt like I was treated like family. My car was looked at and quickly I was given a run down of obvious problems and an estimate ( which I called my grandson and he said that it was very fair). They told me how long it would take, and drove me to the car rental place, then got my car fixed two days early even though they found a few other repairs that needed to be made. I can't recommend this place enough, my car is running great and my mechanic has given me a list of things that I need to give attention to in the near future. Absolutely will drive the hour here for future repairs and maintenance!
