Our team has taken part in 2 events where lighting and sound tech was provided by Paradise Productions. At both events, my team required some help with getting music sent over and prepared prior to the event. Paradise Productions was very helpful both times, responding quickly to questions / concerns, as well as simply "taking care of the problem" at times. Both events went smoothly, and the technicians on site were professional and courteous. I had just taken over as the events sales manager at the Kemper Museum when the production company we had booked 10 months earlier, for four big annual Gala, backed out. I hired Paradise Productions 30 day out from our 500 people event. Jacob was incredibly helpful with booking everything, even though it seemed like things were changing minute to minute on him. The set up crew was very friendly and professional. This was a huge event with a band and lighting in the dining tent. DJ in side, uplighting everywhere and light sculptures out side by the entrance and lighting all over the building. They rocked it!
