RE-EDITING MY REVIEW 08/25 Went back to get an estimate with my car and never got the repairs done. They received my insurance check and never notified me so that I could get my car fixed. Months later, I ask for my insurance check and now they are trying to charge me for admin fee ($177) for absolutely nothing. Saying it’s in the estimate document when it’s not now they don’t want to answer any texts. THE ABSOLUTE WORST. Couldn’t be more pleased with the work they did on my Cadillac ! Very communicative and honest people. I’m so glad I chose this shop and would recommend it for your future needs. Lisette and Ricky were extremely nice and friendly and made the process as smooth as possible even with dealing with insurance company delays.
